No one would help me until one mecanic was nice enough, a white guy mind you. I was treated horribly as a customer, like all that happened was my problem because I'm a white woman with a German last name??? You should really review how dealerships address the service. I've been a Hyundai customer for 15 years, 3x purchases and this is very disappointing and feel like changing brands. I cannot believe the treatment I got today!!! Claims the car was checked completely before purchase and in good condition. Is that why the coolant was all the way at the bottom of the reservoir when I received the car? The horn wire was cut? The steel base running around the entire car is heavily rusted and soft which limits the life of the car? Back rim was heavily damaged? Front right rim is crooked etc. etc.? His verdict: Sell the car, take the loss, and buy another one. This dealership truly does not care about the customer whatsoever only the sale. He got frustrated and ended the conversation without offering to repair any of the damages. This dealership is Not to be trusted whatsoever. Their interaction with clientele leaves a lot to be desired. I do Not recommend this dealership.

That is, we brought the car in at 7am for a 2-3 hour repair but the car was not ready until 1:30. Very inconvenient since one of us had an appointment to get to.
