Attended a presentation on Saturday January 16th at the Windmill in Surprise AZ. Nice people, but the gal handed us a Walmart gift card and said it would have 20-100 bucks on it, my husband was under the impression it was $100.00 after speaking with individuals over the phone prior to this appointment. I called to find out the balance on our way home, it had 5 bucks on it, didn't even cover the gas, let alone 2 and 1/2 hours of our time. Please do not waste your time attending this presentation, if their travel service is so great why do they give you a voucher for vacation and airfare that requires you give money up front and it goes through an agency with a different name, not even concierge vacation services. read more

We attended a presentation last night on 1/26/16. We decided not to join at this time. After collecting our gift card, which we were promised $100 dine card along with a trip for coming, we learned it was only a $5 Walmart card. And for the trip, you have to send in money to receive anything. We think it may be a scam. Wasted 2 hours of our life on this! read more

There was not a Zero Star to click on so they got one Star, which was one too many. Went to their presentation in Colorado Springs. They kept pushing many of us that CVS through a 3rd party would turn convert us from Time Share owners to great vacation owners via their service. They mislead and dodge liability 3rd party by saying, and I quote, "your time share will be sold in less than ninety days at the price you paid for it". 2 years, not 90 days later, I still have my Time Share, paid way too much for a vacation service, they could not get me a good deal in the "off season" in Orlando, I actually got the best deal on line by myself and I have been bombarded by Time Share sales scammers from Mexico. read more

Had a great time with these guys last night. They are very polite and respectful and I got everything that was promised. We wanted to join but we have a baby coming and can't really afford it right now. I do think the program was a good deal and wold makes us travel more. So next time I think we will take advantage of there offer. read more

We purchased a vacation package back in May and tried to cancel it, as there was no savings and it was extremely difficult to book a trip. We've tried several attempts to have someone call us back who has any authority and they won't, we lost a lot of money. All we have been told is that we were outside our cancellation period. We didn't even get our login for the website until after the cancellation period. It is a scam and theft. This company should be shut down! read more

Went to presentation. Hard Close. Rude salesman attempted to make us feel guilty about accepting "prizes" without buying. Everything I see on line points to a scam. I can't find anyone who speaks to actually booking travel using these guys. Have to pay 200 bucks to "register" prize trips before you can actually see the see what you are getting. Materials poorly printed (look like they came off of an inkjet printer). I'd stay away. read more

I received one of the most deceptive and insulting promotions in the mail from this company, including a plastic token that "generates" a winning prize number that qualifies me to enter yet another "contest" with odds of winning at 1 in 205,000. This leads me to believe that they sent out 205,000 of these tokens with the same winning number (872340) to exploit the ignorant. After all, if they fall for this they would fall for anything. In looking at some of the other comments from people who actually attended one of their presentations, they got wise when they found out their $100 Walmart gift cards had $5 on it. I assume it magically went to $100 if you made a down payment? What really bothers me is the extent this outfit went to deceive, and the damage to the environment - a plastic container with a battery and an LED that most certainly ends up in a landfill.
