I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. guy said he'd have my phone ready the next day, that turned into 2 weeks real quick. by the time I got my phone I paid $340 for new screen. I had barely pulled into my houst from picking it up and the screen went black. when I told owner after taking it right back he said I had to go to apple cause it was software issues. apple said it was a Chinese screen that was the issue when the owner told me "it's a authentic apple screen" I went back and he told me the best he could do was give me back $280 because he needed to charge for his low quality, labor. whatever I took my money back took it to apple and was told I'd still have to pay $700+ to repair my phone because he screwed up the ports to connect proximity sensors. I know for a fact he did that when I went back for my money because I wasn't very polite about it. I mean who would be? i wouldn't go back if it was the last cell phone repair shop within 1000 miles. read more

Do not trust thus place, was told they will let me know the same day I dropped off my phone. They never contacted me, two more days they will not answer calls or text, and even closed when it states everywhere online they should be open. I need my phone for work and with them not even responding mKes me thinknI will need to call the cops. read more

Quick service for my broken screen. First two places were more expensive and needed a day. Fixed it while I waited, maybe 10 minutes or so. Even charged me less by using cash. read more

The phone worked great at 1st, then after a few weeks cracked and stopped working. Thus is a 1 year old phone. After having it checked by the apple store, was told materials used here were cheap and it wasn't fixed properly. Owner refused to help, without being given more money. read more

I'm so happy that I found this place! Their prices are awesome, on repairs as well as trade-ins or purchases! And they are super nice and helpful. They fixed my mom's phone in 10 minutes, and when the problem wasn't resolved because she had water damage and the phone was unusable, they gave her $100 for the phone as a trade in. They also threw in a free case (her choice) and charger. read more

This place is horrible!!! They had my sins phine for 3 weeks (cracked screen) when i would call to check on the progress no answer, no call backs to my VM. Finally got some rude woman on the phone explained to her what was hoing on and with an attitude told me to pick up my phone "then" i went the next day and some idiot told me they replaced the screen but it was the wrong part so my touch screen did not work. I was told they hadnt gotten the part in yet yet he changed out the screen anyway. I am so upset! IF YOU DONT HAVE THE RIGHT PART WHY TOUCH THE PHONE!!!!!
