I went to Genius Phone Repair today to see about having the charging port repaired on my…read moresmartphone. The gentleman at the store told me that they could repair it, but that there was no need since it was capable of wireless charging. I had completely forgotten that it was an option for the model of phone I had. He put it on a wireless charger and confirmed that it would charge and power up. I appreciated his honesty so much that I offered to buy a wireless charger there and this time he told me that he didn't have the charger model that worked best with my phone and recommended that I buy it at Best Buy. I sincerely appreciate that he didn't make me pay for an unnecessary repair or sell me the wrong charger.

When I finally called Alpha Electronics, they said, sure, bring in the TV and we should be able to fix it for you. Upon my arrival they put it on a cart in the lobby, made about 5 trips to the back for different screws to properly and safely secure the stand, and then told me "no charge"! I am grateful for their above-and-beyond customer service and will definitely use them again.

Foregoing the tax exempt certificate and having to carrying the business credit card. After placing the order online and paying I took the item to the cashier stand where the cashier threw a temper tantrum the likes of a three year old. You would think I had caused them so much trouble. I'm like "really?" here is the item all you have to do is print out the pickup slip. She walked away still going on and another cashier came over and said ignore her, printed out the paper and off I went. Why do you put up with that. I literally saved an employee from goin and getting the item blah, blah, blah. If only there was an alternative in town. I guess that's how you get away with it.

I asked for help and lady said kinda sharp if it's not out we do not have it. She commented that they are expecting a delivery the next day. I asked could they call if one is on the shipment and she said no. You just need to call the store. We do not call customers. It's not that they would not call it was the attitude. I walked out before I commented. I hope this is a one time occurrence.
