But the reality is that the administration makes it a miserable environment for teachers and parents, and therefor children as well. I had prepared my child mentally for attending CCG for over a year during the pandemic, and we were the schools biggest fans. If someone had told me somethin negative about the school, I would not have listened and would want to believe that it was a wonderful place. A place cannot be good for children if it treats children with disregard and families are met with hostility. There's nothing I can do to take back the immense stress that was caused to my family and child. Please look elsewhere, save your family the stress. I too read a bad review, but wanted to believe it was just one disgruntled person. It is not worth putting your child in the hands of an act. Go to the Groton Community School instead, or a small intimate daycare in a neighboring town, or get a nanny. Anything else but CCG.

She is incredibly supportive and really understands medications and how they work but doesn't just write prescriptions. She takes a Holistic view of her patients and employs a variety of different strategies. Dr Cerulli changed my life and should teach a master class for other physicians. And not just on the science but also on bedside manner. There are not enough words in every language to properly convey how gifted and how incredible kind and gentle she is.

The testing itself, once you get it, appears to be done well, with competent and friendly doctors and the suggestions that result can be helpful. However, if you have any kind of unique situation, either in the symptomatology of your child, or if the parents disagree about the causes or presentation of the issues present, their approach and systems here are utterly incapable, by design, to handle that. They struggled to handle our bespoke situation and the outcomes of that were harmful for my child. These issues were also frustrating, caused extra costs, and ultimately required external intervention to get the very basic testing required for things beyond the academic testing which was all they initially sought to do. I wish to also second the review that found their billing practices questionable. I strongly disliked dealing with this organization and found the outcomes sub-optimal, more expensive with insurance coverage than simply going to an out-of-network provider would have been and required immense efforts to get issues resolved, some of which never were and that led to further conflict and harm for my child. It felt like my observations or issues were either ignored or disregarded. I regret using this organization.

But he…read moredidn't ensure a positive experience for a young child who woke up in a strange place crying in terror because neither parent was allowed in the recovery room. We should have been offered the option to have the procedure at a hospital with more humane policies, not Leominster Hospital which sucks, especially since the doctor also has an office in Ayer with admitting privileges at Deaconess Nashoba. Fast forward a couple decades and Dr. Bogdasarian is again being thoughtless, forcing even vaccinated people to wear masks in his role on Fitchburg's Board of Health. In the midst of summer heat waves, with temperatures in the 90's and humid, I went to the old library with anemic air conditioning and almost passed out. Pity the poor library workers there 8 hours a day. But he doesn't care. Even when a state mandate went into place covering schools, daycares and nursing homes he insisted on keeping his mandate in place including places like the adult section of the library where patrons all have had the opportunity to protect themselves with vaccines. His response when I questioned the policy was to say that eventually unvaccinated people will die of covid and we will get to herd immunity.

Seeing your daughter with a large lump in her throat was frightening. Thankfully Dr Bogdasarian diagnosed her and ordered the proper tests to prove his diagnosis. I'm forever grateful. He was prompt, his staff was friendly and we were seen quickly.

I met with Karen, the director, after a girlfriend of mine recommended them. We walked throughout the entire school, not just the infant room- which is what we needed. The do in house field trips! They go all the way up to kindergarten, and while touring, I could tell all the staff and kids were happy. This is important to me, as I want the best for my child. They have a chef! They introduce nutritional meals and plant a seed of understanding food groups at a young age, to instill healthy food choices as they grow. I LOVE THIS! I was talking to a neighbor mom who couldn't understand why they would have a chef, and to ME, it's important. Because cooking, prepping, rationing out snacks and meals, is tough sometimes. I run a business and manage an office, and my husband works starting his days at 630 at a glass contracting facility, so we are BUSY! Knowing my daughter can get the proper attention and great food, makes me feel VERY confident that I'm providing her with the best school. They have monitors and video cameras, which helps me feel the kids are safe. There's monitors in the front lobby. Everything was clean, everything was labeled, and it felt like they're managed very well. From sign language, to educational groups, to the hands on staff- I just feel this is the best center in town. I literally cried in the parking lot! My only complaint is the price. It's nearly double what other daycares nearby offer! Their full-time rate is 500$. I understand they offer a LOT and it's the best of the best, but 3-400 range would be more appropriate in my opinion. Worth the tour! the kids will thrive! This is our dream daycare!

I certainly was extra stressed with the process of getting twins acclimated to the daycare environment at 15 months (they were at home with a nanny before this), but everyone from the the teachers and staff and director helped make the process work. They girls have their primary teacher, but are constantly interacting with different groups of kids and teachers and staff. This has been wonderful in getting them accustomed to new people outside of the school environment. They used to be very shy about meeting new people but its a comfortable process being in new places now. The school also helps me as a first time mom with many questions I'll have about different things the kids experience. An added bonus that extends beyond the school environemnt!

I was glad to work with this one lady as she helped us look at what someone did and watched some impotant words and matching what goes here! Because of this suppourt it ALSO helpded me get back on track to find out how to get me back in these schools cause all of the schools hated my IEP and they kicked me out and also wanted me to go to Gardner High School And Lienruburg High School Area since they where better with IEPS but now that i have someone to help i was hoping to get back on track as soon as i can... And our IEP will be set up on the website singed for our IEP card connected to the address of where we live.. But i cannot give that out only on this review! It is such a pleasant, professional…read moreand warm environment but, the real reason I wanted to write here is because of one physical therapist in particular. Bill Chapman is the most compassionate, intelligent hard working professional I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He took amazing care of my son when he was recovering from brain surgery because of a cancerous tumor. He also took care of my husband when he ruptured his Achilles. Now, it was my turn with an arthritic knee. I have learned more about my body and what it is capable of from Bills educational physical therapy sessions. He doesn't just pop you on a machine and watch from afar or give you a quick routine that you could whip through on your own. The exercises, stretches, massages and progressive strengthening doesn't ever go without explanation, education and encouragement. He works tirelessly on your mind, body and spirit! It goes above and beyond what is probably expected and required of him. You always feel like the most important person in the room. I know I am getting much more than the BEST possible therapy. I tell everyone I know to go there and request Bill and no one is ever disappointed. I look forward to my visits and make sure I keep my end up at home with his plan for me. I don't want to do anything to jeopardize my progress that we have BOTH worked so diligently on. I am just as committed as Bill is to my recovery.
