Then, continued on saying he "hates people like that", that it's disgusting when people are disrespectful (referring to us). Treating us like we're inhuman. We were being as quick as possible and actually did consider our surroundings. There are plenty of machines for any size load of laundry - Triple, Double or Single. The facility is always clean and welcoming - decorated for the seasons and plenty of amenities such as change, soap & softener, snack and drink machines. Seems like they are always updating and upgrading equipment and machines! They recognize the multi-cultural aspect of our community as well. I am there doing laundry 2-3 times a week, usually one load at a time. It's always a pleasant experience.

Unfortunately, quality is very hit or miss. On the last order, my clothes were folded sloppily and are wrinkled to the point of being unwearable without being ironed. This completely defeats the purpose of paying for wash and fold. Also note that they charge a higher rate for bedding, which includes sheets and towels. I've used wash and fold in a number of other cities (as well as other places here) and never seen a higher rate for these items, only blankets, comforters, and rugs (which makes sense).
