I was suddenly hospitalized with baby #2 and with the threat of induction any day needed to get my second carseat installed ASAP. My husband and I have crazy hectic entrepreneurial lives and the ladies at Love Me Do literally offered to drive to St-Joes and install our seat in the parking lot if needed. I've both worked retail and owned my own business for years and the care that goes into what they do is beyond amazing customer service. The reason I gave this review 3 stars is because of the assembly of the bed. They had two men deliver the bed and assemble it together. It was not done right, drilled extra unnecessary holes in our wall to hold the headboard. Although these extra holes weren't visible after the headboard gets mounted but this shouldn't have happened if they were professionals. The headboard should have been mounted flushed to the wall form top to bottom but the way they did it was only flushed at the top and the bottom part of the headboard slanted and touches the wall. However the mistake was forgivable as these two men worked really hard to put it together. They initially came in our house and said it would be a very easy job that would take maybe 1.5 hour but ended up taking them over 3 hours. The other reason I didn't give it 4 stars was because we had requested chrome legs for the bed but instead the wrong type of legs came with it. Though it's a minor issue but it did cause inconvenience as one of us had to take work off to physically be home when they had to come back to the house to reinstall.

With that said, they do have a some pretty cool furniture, like sectionals that lock together magnetically to prevent the slip and slide effect (which is most likely to occur when you're at your drunkest). Their interior decorators are relatively young, and in my opinion relatively inexperienced. Of course, you have to take that with a grain of salt as their ideas are only as good as the line of products carried by the store.

The diapers are high quality and you just can't beat that price! They were consistent with their pick ups and who doesn't love not having to wash them yourself! My only feedback is that they don't seem to have a live answer phone number during regular business hours and so this can cause some miscommunication. Their emails are regularly and quickly so this helps. I recommend the 26 week package if you can do it. It just makes life so much easier. Highly recommended and great for the environment!

Since you do not pay by the diaper, I just toss a worn one to the dirty pile and pull another one. I have requested more diapers per week for my heavy user and there's never been any issue. Just put a note with the dirty diapers asking for extra and they're given. My baby and I are both very happy with the product and service level. I told the woman I had to return it and she (seemed to, could have been her personality though) snapped at me, saying no returns, only store credit or exchanges. She continued to point out that it's is on the receipt (which is pointless after you've bought the item) and reached over the counter and pointed to some area at the bottom of the counter where a sign was. When I asked her why have this policy she said "It's always been that way" ..not helpful. Tip to the store: if you have this abnormal policy, you should verbally warn your customers before their purchase, not after. It gives the impression, you are desperate to sell your stuff and can't afford to give our money back even if we are not happy with your item. Bad customer service.
