I want to especially thank Dr. Eric Arvidson MD and Peter Reppenhagen PA-C for making me a new person. my knees and legs were aching so bad it was tough to walk and stand. Their amazing care, made me feel 20 years younger. These people are not just a 5 star, they are a 10 especially to me. Thank you so much. I so appreciate the intelligence and skill you have to heal .

He said I didn't need a biopsy of the salivary gland as the treatment would be the same whether or not I had the disease. He offered me medication for dry mouth but said it would not help my eyes. When I tried to explain the many other subtle symptoms that accompany Sjogren's and told him that my cornea surgeon said he had only seen cases like mine in Sjogren's patients he dismissed the comment. He truly seemed disinterested. Maybe he knew Medicare discounts his fee considerably and thus was just not into delving any deeper into my case. Lab work that I had done prior to the visit was forwarded to him and yet he seemed unable to access it on his laptop. He wanted me to come back next year to "monitor" the situation. NO WAY! Patient care has gone to the wayside. We're an account-not a patient-not a suffering human being. God help us all!

However, I was charged $340 plus $85.26 for both evaluation sessions. At no point was I informed that there would be charges for two evaluation sessions. One of the owners, Laurie, claimed there was an error in the initial paperwork, which I believe to be misleading. Furthermore, during the evaluation, the therapist indicated that my son's speech development was age-appropriate. However, the final report--which was initially not sent and required follow-up to receive--contradicted this, recommending additional sessions for my son. This lack of transparency and miscommunication is concerning. OT Works demonstrates a lack of transparency in their pricing and displays unprofessionalism in their evaluation process. The evaluation consists of a brief interaction with the child, followed by 30 minutes of playtime in the tumble room, which does not seem to adequately address the issues or concerns brought up by parents. Their approach gives the impression that generating profit is prioritized over genuinely addressing the needs and well-being of the children they are supposed to support.

When it came time to move to group work, I specifically asked that he be in a group of peers with equal mental, emotional, and physical abilities. They serve a wide range of children. The first group consisted of my grandson and only two other children. These children had significant issues they were working on and the group was exactly what I had expressed concern about. The director, Lauri told me my request was not related to the staff choosing the members of the group. They only gave me $40 of the $110 I paid. Lauri stated that we would have to "agree to disagree " about whether the group was appropriate for my child. If you have expressed concerns or requests, expect them to be disregarded.
