Dr Tobin is wonderful-smart, down to earth and treats you with compassion. Same with Dr Calder. I recommend both of them. I have two issues with this practice. I had to have the top of a blister removed. Dr Peter gave me no information such as what it would feel like, no local anesthesia and no instructions on aftercare. The worst though is one member of the office who is rude both on the phone and in person for no apparent reason. If you work in a dr office you are often dealing with people, sick, in pain or scared. Dr. Matthew Peter has a nice personality but has no forethought when it comes to his patients needs. I was not prepared for when I left the hospital for my foot tendon surgery on 6/20/25. He should have told me to have a knee scooter bought and ready for my exit. I had a hospital walker to hop on and shook so much that I almost collapsed and cried. Thankfully someone left a chair in my condo basement to rest in before I got into the elevator. I barely made it to .y unit shaking so fiercely. The boot he gave me did more damage I swear!! My feet are very small and moved around. He should try them out. My recovery was supposed to be 6-8 weeks. Bullshit Matthew!!. I was caught in some truck traffic jam. Called cause I was late, desk was rude as always btw, so I said forget it. I ice my ankle every day. You suck. read more

Injured my foot early morning. Called office mid morning and asked to see Dr.Peter. I had a bleeding foot injury. They got me in just after 3pm. Dr Peter saw that I had a deep puncture wound. Quickly and efficiently cleaned and sewed it up. 3 stitches. Highly recommend Beverly Podiatry. read more

I have been dealing with Plantar Fasciitis for a few years, possibly longer. It is a very painful debilitating disease I'll call it. Well Dr. Matthew Peter talk to me about the Care and within a few minutes, had me in the chair and pinpointed exactly where the pain was. After a quick Cortizone shot, my pain was relieved. I purchased a pair of orthotics insoles for $50.that was highly recommended. I have tried other orthotic insoles from the generic ones to Dr. Scholl's with no relief. At the moment, I walked into his office from the Receptionist to the assistance and doctors. I was confident this was the right decision I made. What a great team this was to work with. My wife and I both have some foot toenail issues and were recommended to use Dr. Tobin at Beverly podiatry. We were told that we should seek his service as a back up to our regular podiatrist at our senior center. When we went in to see him he trimmed our nails and at the same time inferred that his was a practice far to busy to allow for such a trivial service. We were both made to feel as if we were an imposition on his skill set. To make matters worse, we were billed $178 apiece for about a 10 minute combined service. Never again. read more

I found this place by doing my footwork (no pun intended). After being told by Bond Shoe in Stoneham to go away and go somewhere else,I did. This place was wonderful what a big difference. The genuinely care about you. While in the waiting room as people were coming in the were greeted like the tv show Cheers. It was such a warm nice feeling. The doctor there looked at my feet. But I told him I already head a podiatrist and had just seen her Thursday. He was pleasant enough and asked if all I needed was shoes. I told him that was all I needed and told him about my Bond Shoe experience. He was appalled. He then sent me to see Tammy DelloRusso the office manager who was very courteous,knowledgeable,and helpful. She too was appalled at my Bond Shoe experience,and told me they have been getting many of Bond Shoes customers because of their attitude and outrageous prices. Beverly Podiatry has a better selection and quality diabetic shoes. This place is outstanding and I highly recommend them for your medical shoes,or whatever your needs are. read more
