He informed me that the Dealership did not replace hardware (a botched job) which resulted in the pan coming loose while I was driving on the highway. When I got the first bill I was quoted 480.00 for the tires and alignment. I was surprised to get charged 682.00 so the wipers and air-filter cost $200 dollars more. The biggest surprise I got was when I started my car up and the engine light was on, which was not on when I dropped off on Sunday. I complained and the service manager continued to gas light me and say it came there with the light on which is bull. So I don't know if they thought if they turned on the light they could hose me for more money or they screwed up when they put the air filter in. But all they did was blame me. So not a nice place to go.
