I witnessed two people working there screaming at each other while I waited for service, waited a long time for service, and was left with a sticky residue on my car. The day after I used my credit card here, my credit card number was stolen and used for thousands of dollars of fraudulent purchases. Don't go here! Went for an inspection sticker last week. Was told I failed because I needed front tires and a parking light. Was told back tires were ok but would eventually need to be changed. (What tires Won't eventually need to be changed) Went back today to be Re-inspected with my new front tires and my new parking light...guy tried to tell me I was going to fail because I need tires! I said what are you talking about! I just got them today. He said NO your rear tires are bad. I said no they are not! You had failed me for front tires and the people at the tire store agreed only my front needed to be done! Meanwhile the person before me had bad tires and was told she needed new ones but was given a sticker because she was friends with them!! What the hell!!! I will never ever as long as I live ever return to this establishment!!! They are dishonest and rude! read more

I have an old beat up Honda that has needed a lot of work, every time I've gotten work done at this shop they have gone above and beyond for me! Although the mechanic is very busy he always finds time to help me out at a good price! I've ran in there at closing time and he stayed open later just to help me out! Brought my car in for an inspection sticker, couldn't find my car in the system and then did. Blamed it on the computer. Got home to find that the guys who was so distracted talking to other people must have hit the pile of tires in front of the garage and marked up my bumper!! Also damaged my grille! I don't often write reviews but I am so surprised and disappointed with their service.. I drove over at 10:30AM today and they asked me to come back in an hour. I believe no one was in yet at the time because the garage stations were all empty. I drove back at 11:30AM to get my inspection sticker. The reason for getting a new inspection sticker was because I got new plates. I brought my own tool and attempted to take off the screws to change my plates however the screws were not loosening up. The Gas Attendant that I had spoke to earlier in the morning said the guy can do it for me when he does your inspection. I had thought great, thats good customer service.. When I handed the plates to the inspection guy he said no problem hell take care of it, thats why they have a $15/installation charge. At first I thought he said $50 so I thought he was kidding around since he was joking and very friendly with the person that was checking out before me. he was tell her bring her car in for her tires blah blah no problem this no problem that, ill take care of you. So i figured maybe he was joking about this installation fee. At the same time I didn't want to piss him off in anyway and than have him not pass my car just bc he felt like it. I have never been to a place that would charge to take off 4 screws to change plates. I had said something about it and he said he had told me already before he did it and hell take off $5 to make me happy. I replied and told him he can charge me whatever he wants. Honestly its not even about the money. And taking $5 off did not make me "happy". Its the service. i think thats just poor customer service and if you want returning customers and customers to refer people, charging these nonsense fees is ridiculous. Better customer service will have people returning and provide free advertisement with good word to mouth referrals. (This is also a family owned business, the gas attendant is cousins with the owner and the person that did my inspection is the brother of the owner.) read more

Visuals aside, this place is fantastic. The workers here are very nice and extremely fair. Their prices are competitive and I never feel like I'm being swindled when I come here. Camile who runs the place is so polite and genuine. He knows if you do it right once, you build trust with customers and they'll return for future business. It's definitely not a mobile on the run - but it's an excellent and a fair business. I hope the new CVS going up next door brings them some good new business. read more

Camile is truly a one of a kind. He replaced my waterpump, which was a fairly expensive repair and told me to pay him when I could. Car is running perfect and although I could only pay him $200 he told me to pay the balance when I could. Old time service and trust in this day. Highly recommend them for all car repairs! read more
