Phil was kind enough to let pick up my car an hour after regular business hours once I returned my rental.

This past July while watching a movie at AMC Framingham - someone backed their car into my car and…read moredrove away - no note. And AMC does not have cameras in the parking lot. To make matters worse this car is very special to me because it was my Dad's. After asking around and going to visit a couple of places, I settled on Simon's. My car is a Porsche Macan and there are very few places that can paint a Porsche. However, I also choose them because I got a referral from a trusted source and the staff seemed very knowledgable. There was a lot of work to be done on this car - in fact it needed a whole new door. And for sentimental reasons - I wanted the car back to the original state. It took a few weeks because Simon's had to work with the insurance company. Simon's handled all of that for me and made sure all OEM parts were used on the vehicle. Fast forward to picking it up a few nights ago, I went to pick up my car but because it gets dark so early I was lamenting that I could not really see the car and I was really nervous. Above and beyond - Simon's brought the car into the shop for me so I could see it in the light. I got a really cool tour of the facility. First, all the paints and how they match paints. The paint room is this amazing room - where they have to wet down the floors so that dust particles will not stick to the paint. And then you go out on the floor where they work on cars - and the facility is pristine. My car did come out perfect. It came out exactly to its original state. They work on all types of cars and trucks. Having your vehicle damaged is no fun - but the pain is a whole lot less when the body shop takes amazing care of you. I wholeheartedly can recommend Simon's.

I came back on a Saturday and the process was so easy! Simon took a look a my car and listened to all my concerns and my budget. He was straight forward with what he could do for me and that's all I could ask for. I brought my car in on a Tuesday for a paint correction, door hinge issue and wheel alignment. I got it back Thursday and man he went the extra mile. Cleaned out my whole car and detailed it! The job came out phenomenal and I couldn't be any happier. The first time I came into the shop and talked to Gustavo he mentioned how Simon wants to create a family atmosphere and be a place where everyone can bring there family's and friends cars. Well I can say leaving this place I feel like family and will definitely be back and recommending every one to go see Simon and his staff

Their customer service is absolutely OUTSTANDING. After being totally scammed by another shop--who not only tried to sell me work I didn't need but charged me 400% over market for a shoddy belt and pulley install (that I had to bring back multiple times)--I finally had enough. Out of frustration, I searched for other shops and found Tosti's based on their incredible reviews, and now I know exactly why so many loyal customers keep coming back! The team at Tosti's was AMAZING. Not only did they instantly diagnose an issue with my car on the spot, but they also agreed to cover my belt and pulley repair at no cost, just so I wouldn't have to set foot in that previous dealership again. They did this with no fuss, no guilt--just a genuine desire to help me out of a bad situation. You can really tell this is a family business that puts people first. While I waited, I chatted with a gentleman who's been bringing his cars here for over ten years--even after moving to Boston 4-years ago! That tells you everything you need to know about how Tosti's treats its customers and stands by its work. If you want a reliable, fair, and friendly team who does things the right way every time, do yourself a favor and take your car to Tosti's. I'm a customer for life!
