The salesperson identified the low spot in the house and wrote up a contract. The final result is that the low spot is still there and my front door will no longer open and close. They want to charge me $2000 more to fix the original low spot. The supervisor, Larry, is rude, he lies, and has no intention of resolving this issue. I will be seeking legal counsel if they do not resolve the issue.

Totally unprofessional on communication and consistent disappointment on trusting if the appointment was scheduled.
