I asked the technician to call me when he arrived to check the rental unit that seemed to be working extra hard to cool the house. Never heard from the guy while he was at the rental house but later that afternoon, I received a text from him with a $1900 estimate for cleaning it and doing a couple things to improve the efficiency. I called Roland's AC and Heating Co and asked them to send someone to check the unit and clean it. Jim came out, cleaned it and added some Freon and they charged me $350 Don't trust the big companies that offer the maintenance packages, they are just out to make money. The guy from Dipple could have cleaned the unit and checked the Freon while he was there, but he didn't... I cancelled the maintenance packages on my house and my rental .

It was completed in 9 days, and they worked virtually non-stop the entire time. The craftsmanship was meticulous, from the paver installation to the artificial grass. Arranging the project through Israel was a breeze and Ramone and his crew delivered a masterpiece. They did virtually everything I asked for and a few things I never expected - like replacing the sod damaged by the heavy machinery and power cleaning the entire area at the end.
