Mr. Carr was able to present multiple design options to fit our budget and maintenance needs, the LP staff were comprehensive in their knowledge of plant options best suited for our space. They provided a prompt detailed quote and engaged us every step of the way. During the project, the crew was reliable, friendly, professional and hard-working. They performed large scale grading, used appropriate materials for water flow, and ground cover installation. From set up, to site clean up, they made sure their equipment and work areas were safe and minimized our day to day interruptions. When any issues were encountered, such as equipment leaving track marks in our existing sod, they corrected the issue immediately and even pressure washed the areas of driveway and concrete that had accumulated debris throughout the project. They are true experts in the field of landscape design and construction and we cannot recommend them enough for any large or small landscaping project. Settling and deterioration occurred within two weeks... and an additional large section deteriorated by May 2014. Allen was impossible to get in touch with after a very poor paving job. Would not come back to repair potholes and deteriorated sections of my driveway... and I was in the process of listing my home for sale so the messed up driveway is particularly problematic. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they too were not successful reaching Allen for some time. He provided ridiculously unprofessional, fabricated and profane replies, including threats, to the BBB. I would never use him again.

It turned out that this hot tub was only available in Canada. He kept promising it was ordered and kept trying to collect more money without doing any work. When my husband asked for proof of purchase, he went to a local vendor and signed a contract to try to prove that it was ordered. This was two months after it was supposed to be ordered. The day he signed the contract, he asked for more money. He claimed he could get this hot tub for half the price the store was selling it for. We called the store and found out he was lying. Once he realized he couldn't get anything else out of us, he left and blocked our phone number. He even moved out of town. We found out later that he does this to others as well.

So as opposed to paying a fee to switch, we decided to stick with them. The only downfall I saw was that we were contacted twice at a very odd hour. Once I got a voice mail and the other I answered. But they were both after 6:30 PM. But the person was extremely friendly and apologized. Aside from the timing, it is very nice that they reach out to you when it is time to get an inspection. I happened to be home when they wanted to stop by. But if I weren't, all they needed was permission to go in the crawl space. The person who came is the same that I talked to on the phone. He was friendly and fast. Unless our house gets eaten by termites over the next year, I am satisfied with using APS moving forward.

The quality of the gutter guards was good , he did a great job and was thorough. The cost was more than fair imho . He doesn't speak fluent English but it was no barrier - his wife interpreted during the estimate. He came to do the work on time & could understand me with no problem . I highly recommend this company .
