They were late starting the project by several days. They didn't finish on time with no reason given. They didn't clean out debris in crawl space as promised. Poor communication. They promised A door to the crawl pace but placed a small square hole with wood over it. Damaged shrubs. Never heard from " Winn" after he asked what happened. An employee from this company arrived to my place of business in a company-branded vehicle wearing a uniform clearly identifying this organization. He specifically asked for one of my employees by name and proceeded to behave in an extremely aggressive and threatening manner. His language was vulgar, unprofessional and completely unacceptable in any context-let alone in a professional setting. My employee felt harassed, intimidated, and genuinely afraid for his safety. Despite being asked to leave mutliple times, your employee failed to do so. Our owner had to personally intervene to defuse the situation. The police (Pelham Police Department) were called and responded quickly, but your employee had already left the premises by the time they arrived. My employee is left feeling unsafe and on edge, with real concern that this individual may return and attempt to retaliate. This is not just a matter of inappropriate conduct-- this was an act of workplace intimidation and harassment, possibly bordering on criminal behavior. We had OX come out and install a basement water prevention system. Thad the plumber came out and moved our water heater before the other crew got there. When they did get there they were able to complete the job in a day and were very good and professional. Thad was able to move the water heater far enough out so that we had hot water the same day after they installed the system. He came back out the next morning and moved the water heater back to it original spot and made sure everything was working properly with the water heater. Thank you OX. read more

Sadly, for the price, the work was subpar. I had to have the company come out 7 times to complete work they said was done but was shoddy or not at all. The sump pump stoped working months after install and the workers are not educated about mold just tough to cover it with loosely "sealed" plastic. The wall which was backfilled has air pockets creating weak spots of structural stability on a foundational basement wall. The drainage system was not piped correctly and required a fix which was not not easy to get them to complete. their electrician was knonledable and competent, not sure about the other crew personnel . read more

* * * * * 5 STARS FOR JACKSON * * * * * * * * * * 5 STARS FOR OX FOUNDATIONS* * * * * Jackson came to our home for an annual service call to check the pumps, change the filter in the dehumidifier and ensure that our crawl space is in good order. Jackson found an area on the east side crawl space where water was getting in and he drilled and foamed the entry so there will be no more water coming in the East side. On the Northwest crawl space opening where the Dehumidifier and a 2nd sump pump is located, Jackson found the pump to not be working. He had to come back a 2nd time because he didn't have the spare pump on his first visit. Today, 3/10/2023 Jackson returned and installed the new pump. Jackson is a consummate professional. Smart, extremely talented and is sure willing to go the extra mile. So hat's off to Jackson and his 5-STAR performance. read more

We worked with Ox this August and September to encapsulate our crawl space that had moisture and mold. Kris came out and gave us an estimate right after we bought the home and was very professional and incredibly helpful in selecting the right treatment. He was very accessible and helped us work through different schedules/plans to get this taken care of. We had our insulation removed and then the team came out and performed mold remediation before encapsulating the area and adding a humidifier. Everyone that came out was very nice and respectful, and answered all our questions. The humidifier was not hooked up properly at the end and was leaking after it was installed (no clamp around condensate pump), but Kris sent someone right back out to fix the connection for us. Overall, the value is very good, and we are relieved that Ox is there if we have any questions in the future. read more

I recieved a follow up email from OX foundation a year after they had done our crawlspace. I just happened to mention how well evreything was going but still had a moldy/musty smell in one of the closets above the crawlspace. Jackson came out and sprayed the area underneath the closet and went above and beyond, I was very pleased with the work and that the company would just send somone out to take care of my concerns.
