She said they were going to fill the order with something comparable to the orchids, but she never mentioned which flowers she intended on using. 4. Courier service to DC is $16 and they did not even have the decency to notified me to let me know the order had been delivered. I even received a text message saying that they would call me back - the owner claimed it was an AI error. When I went to pick up the arrangement - there was no arragement - and the owner acted like he had never seen me before. In my grief, I lashed out and eventually apologized. What is mind blowing is that the owner could not admit his mistake. Clearly he had messed up and the appropriate thing to do would have apologized.
