CYMNow Flowers at Eden Center is absolutely worth the trip. This small shop is easy to spot with the beautiful flower decorations right outside, and the quality is incredible. I stopped in around Mother's Day and was amazed by the pricing. Their pre-made bouquets were around $30 and were huge, gorgeous, and far better than anything you'd get at a grocery store for the same price. The florist is wonderful, and every arrangement looks unique, fresh, and high-end. You can truly tell the flowers are quality. Definitely order ahead for major holidays because they get busy. Even though Eden Center parking can be chaotic, I will absolutely keep coming back because the beauty, size, and value of these bouquets are unmatched. read more

Having used this florist last year and extremely satisfied, I wanted to use the florist again. I ordered an arrangement for a family funeral. The owner spent almost an hour with me a week prior to pickup to talk about the arragnement including what color flowers, price and size of the arrangement. He wrote in a spiral notebook and added me to the computer system. As requested, I called and left a detailed message but never heard back. I even received a text message saying that they would call me back - the owner claimed it was an AI error. When I went to pick up the arrangement - there was no arragement - and the owner acted like he had never seen me before. In my grief, I lashed out and eventually apologized. What is mind blowing is that the owner could not admit his mistake. Clearly he had messed up and the appropriate thing to do would have apologized. Instead he said the customer is NEVER right and threw us out of the store. read more

Huan has been a wonderful part of the community offering love, care, and passion in everything floral. It's been such a pleasure to watch his small biz blossom over the years! I got myself a biweekly flower arrangement subscription and they are the highlight of my week. The bouquets last forever (Huan the owner provides great instruction on care) with proper maintenance and removal of spent blooms. I get compliments often as they are absolutely stunning! He also treats you like family which makes every visit so much fun as he selects flowers are his freshest, in season, and most premium flowers! I'm often indecisive and his artistic liberties make the most beautiful bouquets!! I took a flower arrangement class and he was generous with the secrets of the trade as well as flowers for the take home bouquet. I'm now able to re-arrange bouquets myself and make it look florist quality with his tips and even utilize flowers from my own garden for little mini bouquets around the house. It was a lot of fun and highly recommend you go to one of his classes as a date or with friends!! Recently, his biz was vandalized as they broke the front window of his shop. He overnight replaced it with an "instagrammable" flower display where a lot of pedestrians will take pictures but not realize that he is making an "ugly" situation, something beautiful!! I was getting a friend a "just because" bouquet of flowers and found this website and saw the great reviews. I am so happy I went through CYMNOW Flowers because the bouquet truly couldn't have been more beautiful - I got the "seasonal bouquet" and the note said it's up to the florists interpretation unless you give any notes. I said my friend loves pink and the arrangement turned out astonishing. I'm truly blown away. The website also said if you order before 2 pm you can usually get same day delivery. I did! At 1:47 my order went through and that evening my friend got her bouquet. There is a $10 delivery fee that apparently goes directly to the driver. Jason went above and beyond and called both me and my friend when delivering the flowers because there was some phone number confusion with the order. We went with the designer's choice and I have to say that his artistry is unmatched -- the final display seemed to capture the grace, elegance, and pure sunshine our friend's mother exuded. This was my first time ordering flowers for a funeral and their website was very easy to navigate and made ordering a breeze. The display was delivered at the correct time and place, and they even sent a detailed picture so we were able to recognize our flowers during the ceremony. With the email, they asked us to stop by the store to pick up a complimentary orchid to thank us for our business. It really doesn't get much better than that .. BUT IT DOES... I placed an order on 2/5 for a pickup on 2/16. Keep in mind this is me letting them know 10 days in advance! Original price was 75 but they up-charged it to 90 because its around v-day. That's fine, and not the issue. The issue is I specifically requested ONLY white/pink roses, with a request that the pink roses form a heart. This gave them 10 days to let me know this isn't something they can do for me. This is what they gave me, not at all what I asked for. I came all the way from maryland and was disappointed. I wish they would have reached out to me to let me know they arent able to accommodate my request. I arrived around 3:30 before they closed (4pm) and they werent even ready. What is the point of allowing orders to be placed in advance if the florist seems to ignore it until the day of? This was not worthy of $90, this was a rushed $40 service. read more

It's typically difficult to find a store in the area that specifically specializes in orchids and they offer some of the best prices and variety that I've seen. Huan the shop owner is incredibly kind and helpful, but also very good at what he does. He also hosts workshops on how to make your own floral arrangements. We ordered a boutonniere and specifically requested white rose. However, when I picked it up today just before our event, I was surprised to find out that there was only a little unimpressive white flower. The florist said he did not like the white rose they had, thus just decided to replace it without telling us. I explained that we must have a white rose, and we had ordered from this store before for exactly this item with white rose, and asked if her could just replace the flower with whatever white rose he had, since we had no time to shop around (had he told us earlier, we would). The florist was very arrogant. Instead of helping us with the urgent need at hand, he started searching for our prior order record. Not only was he incompetent to find it (for the record we ordered it last time on 10/22/2024, order # 000003405), but he started lecturing me on the term "Designer's choice", and he would not do "1-800-flowers" (where did that come from?). Basically he could do whatever he wanted without telling us, and we could only accept. We ended up taking apart the boutonniere at home and replacing with a white rose ourselves. I took the flower arranging class here. The teacher was knowledgeable, funny, and a very good instructor. He taught us how to fill out an arrangement, color theory, proper heights, and how to pair different types of flowers. He was engaging and really got people of all walks of life talking to each other. In an era where we don't experience community like we used to, this class was a breath of fresh air - well, a breath of floral air. And for the price of the class, not only do you get a lesson, but you also walk home with a beautiful bouquet and vase in the colors you choose and arranged as you design (with a little help).
