I have been going to chiropractors throughout my life for varying reasons. In my mid-50s I was a victim of a bicycle accident with mild traumatic brain injury. Thankfully I survived with limited disabilities, but multiple debilitating neurological side effects. After losing hope that I would never fully recover, I discovered Dr. John Conde / Center specializes in neurological treatment as it relates to chiropractic care, which is a very limited field. I was not very hopeful there was any additional treatment I had not sought previously that might provide improvement or relief. Needless to say, I am beyond thankful that I was wrong. I have never experienced chiropractic care at this level, and my brother-in-law is one! (Hopefully he won't read this review;) Their advanced technology and functional neurology treatments are bar none. From the front desk team to medical assistants and chiropractors, all physicians' offices should be run this well. Even the doctors who aren't treating you greet you with a warm smile and hello. Name one other doctor's office that can make that claim! Much of my neurological treatment is completed, but I'm not willing to stop going. I have not felt like this in four years! If there is someone who doesn't feel this way about the Conde Center, I would personally love to hear their story because I would have to bet theirs was the rare experience. read more

I have been blessed with good health for years and have never used or needed a chiropractor. In the last 12 months my back has gone out, my shoulder froze and my neck got wrenched. This aging process can be painful. I found myself in desperate need of help. I wanted a doctor that was board certified and Dr. Conde is a Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologist. My experience at the Conde center has been great. Everyone there has been professional and caring. My shoulder is totally back to normal with full movement and no pain. I credit their use of the graston technique, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, for having the biggest impact on my healing of both the shoulder and my neck. They dig in with this metal instrument and breakup adhesions and scar tissue that can obstruct movement. The Graston with the K laser has been an effective and healing combination. I also had been having trouble sleeping with my current pillow due to my neck pain. I asked if they had any recommendations. They carry this TriCore cervical support pillow that has given me my first night of pain free sleep! I highly recommend the Conde center. I can't say enough about this place. The girls are all sweet and warm and helpful and they treat you like family. Dr. Safranski is an absolute genius. He's young and innovative and actually cares- which is pretty rare these days. He patiently sits with me at every appointment and lets me unload all my various pains on him- then proceeds to methodically tackle each one. It's so much more than just an adjustment. He's also super knowledgeable about movement and the mechanics of the muscles so if I have problems with my hip flexors, he's got tricks up his sleeves to put me on the right track. I know a lot of people are scared of neck adjustments (myself being one of them) but he has a way of putting you at ease. When I began seeing him I had horrible pain in my shoulder that would literally keep me awake at night. He's used several different techniques to help bring back my strength and helped me form better habits for the future. If I have any pain I always tell him first bc I trust that he will know the right course of action. I actually found him bc my husband had costochondritis, which is an inflammation in the ribs. It made daily life for him extremely uncomfortable. Several other doctors could not find a method to adjust this area properly and he just thought he had to live with it. Until doctor safranski worked with him one time. He adjusted the area and it seemed magical the way the discomfort eased. I've also never had to wait past my appointment time. They keep it moving pretty well while still not making you feel rushed. I can't speak for Dr Conde as I have never met him, but if I could give Dr Safranski more than 5 stars I would! read more

I researched a long time before I selected this office. I wanted a second opinion on neurological issues, outside of the traditional "medical" neurologist which I already had. I'm a big proponent of functional medicine and it's approach to diagnoses. Dr Conde seemed to fit the bill perfectly. From my first phone call, requesting information, the staff has been great. Both attentive and quick to respond. Dr Conde came across as caring, and very interested in getting to the root cause. Doctors very often only treat symptoms, I hate that. The testing and evaluation were thorough, and treatment protocols proved extremely helpful. Not a fan of this place at all. Besides for the convenient location and the friendly front office staff, my experience here was not a good one. I went there because of lower back pain. The first visit X-rays were done and that was it, no adjustment or anything to relieve the pain I was in. When I returned for my follow up appointment the Dr. seemed concerned by my X-rays and said it appeared that perhaps I had parasites in my stomach and I would need an MRI. Then the Dr. went into his sales pitch about laser treatments for my back for the low cost of $1,700 and other various non insurance covered not necessary procedures(keep in mind I'm in a chiropractors office and he has yet to do anything for my back, just attempt to sell me services which I hear is common place at unethical chiropractor offices) anyway, I turn down those services and he sent me in the back room for TENS therapy on my back for a few minutes and I leave. I go get this parasite thing looked at by another Dr. and the doctor began laughing that a chiropractor would suggest I have parasites. He told me I'd be gravely ill and would know long before they were found on an X-ray. He told me the "parasites" were lint from my shirt and the chiropractor should have known that. I decided that two visits to the Conde Center was two too many and I went to a physical therapist for my back. She showed me some simple stretches to do and my back has never been better. Word to the wise, if a chiropractor is pushing high cost 100% not covered services to you which they will do here, turn around and go somewhere else. I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Lampersky of the Conde Center. I came in with low back pain after playing golf. I was treated with laser, spinal decompression and adjustments. I've been seeing Dr Conde since 2008 when I developed awful whiplash. I thought it would take months to recover. My husband recommended him after meeting at a men's Bible Study. He did an amazing comprehensive exam, recommended conservative treatment of ice, rest, Motrin, & supplements.. then advised a series of visits for adjustments, physiotherapy, cervical vertebrae traction and exercises PLUS he gave me recommendations to do at home including getting a cervical neck pillow. After being serious about this and doing what Dr Conde said to do, I mean, I wanted to get the cervical collar brace off my neck, SUMMER was coming... I NEVER looked back.. no pain killers, I was as good as new in a few wks. Since then, I have seen him just once a month for general maintenance of my spine to keep it aligned and have a good range of motion. Additionally over the years, I visited him for a fracture of my kneecap, lower back sprains, and Vertigo (I almost fainted at home with imbalance and nausea)... went straight to Dr Conde and he said I had a vestibular weakness... no need for the ER if I had panicked over this. I was as good as new again after he finished with me. It is amazing what a Chiropractic Neurologist (they study about 2 or 3 yrs of Neurology) can do w/o scrips for pain or recommendations for surgery esp if there are other options. I highly recommend Dr Conde AND there is now a new Chiropractic Neurologist on board, Dr Pugh who treated me when I came in on an emergency basis.. same excellent results.
