bought a 2013 Infiniti fx37 from here. mechanically and the outside the car was great besides an accident that happened on the left rear quarter panel that no one also mentioned but here's the kicker, come to find out, I take it to go get undercoated as a usual thing for roads that have heavy salt In northern new jersey. the whole undercarriage of the car is rotted, cracks everywhere on the subframe. the car has costed me thousands to fix and I made the mistake of paying this car cash, I should've brought my hard earned $17,000 somewhere else. they're all scammers and no one mentioned this at any point of my purchase let alone use a black material and spray paint to cover it up. read more

This used to be a classy establishment. I first visited over 10 years ago after hearing the owner on Christian radio. He was just a professional in person. Though we did not make a purchase, we were treated with great respect. About three weeks ago we went looking for a car for our teenager. We arrived about 20 minutes before closing. Some guy, an older man, came out looking really annoyed and he made sure to tell us what that he was closing soon. We told him our budget and he seemed even more upset. He pretty much told us you can look but we have nothing for you here, went well inside and closed his door! No business card or offers to work with us was made. We realize it is a seller's market but he didn't even try to help us. I regret that I didn't get his name to post here. Mr Condemi, I suggest you retrain your people. This guy was awful. I made the unfortunate mistaken of buying a car from here. I would give this place 0 stars but unfortunately yelp won't let me. Man was upfront that there were fees but when he gave me the total that was $2k over the listed price, I would have assumed part of that was at least taxes. Nope. I was wrong. When he gave us the "out the door" price, it was apparently only out his door. I went to get registration for my car to find I owed $800 in taxes that Condemi never told me were unpaid. They didn't even give me a bill of sale lol. Called them and was told that was the price we agreed on. I brought two people with me who have probably bought over 30 cars in their lifetime and we were still scammed by this place. What I was most concerned about when car shopping was a good warranty. With used cars, the "as is" deal scares me a bit. Went to Condemi and was looking at a 2010 Honda Accord, but the owner said "someone test drove it yesterday and took the key home with him. You can't drive it or open the door, but look in through the window".... Ok, fine. So I ask him about the warranty and he says "warranty? You don't need a warranty, you're buying the car from ME!". The Sales Rep Danny is a scammer and con artist. Upon buying my car I was promised that he would order a piece to my roof rack that was missing and he ensured he would do so without hesitation. He said he would order it right away and would take a couple weeks at most. Well here we are months later, still no piece has arrived. I called SEVERAL times just to be either hung up on or promised a call back which I NEVER ONCE received. Even when I do catch him on the phone he tells me that he is waiting for the part to arrive, but then 2 months later he says he will order the part today... How does that make any sense if you "already ordered the part" and promised it would only take a couple weeks?! He or his assistant never follows-up on anything as they do not really give a shit. Even when I bought the car and put money down they promised it would be ready by XXX date of which they would call and when that date came I received no phone call. I had to call them at the end of the day just for them to tell me the car wasn't ready. As a Sales Rep you think you would stay in contact with your customers and keep them updated, but no they are very unprofessional. The assistant doesn't even speak English and her solution to not understanding or not wanting to deal with the issue is to hang up the phone on you. To continue as a side note, the car facts on the car I bought was clean and Danny ensured it was clean no accidents only to take it to a mechanic who identified an accident in the left far side of the car. It wasn't obvious, but I'm sure he knew and should have been up front about it, but no this is a Company full of scammers and con artists. Long story short, he is a scammer that's beating me around the bush. I would not recommend wasting your time or money at this place. read more

Absolutely fantastic. I literally went to 15 dealerships before I came and bought a Lexus is250 from them. They were the only people who tried to help me get a loan at a decent rate and I call in the payments with my card on file. No high pressure, just helpful, I've had the vehicle two years with no problems. I don't take it to them for service as it's just too far but they gave me a fair price with no hidden fees or nonsense just the typical you would expect to pay. I would highly suggest Condemi Motor Company, all of their cars appear to be clean and in great condition. Unfortunately the person interested in purchasing a car did not have good credit which resulted in a high interest rate. Dan worked with us to try to place the person I was with at the best place he could, he even discussed what to do to get your credit score up and then after 12-18 months they would rerun the credit and refinance. He was very knowledgeable and considerate, the person put a down payment because they did not want to loose this great car. After thinking about it for a few days the person decided to work on building their credit and then come back. With no issues at all the company refunded the deposit. The people here are very nice and respectful of their costumers. Highly recommended! read more

Condemi motors was so fantastic to me. I searched high and low for the right car and more importantly the straight up no nonsense sales people. I probably went to 10 or 12 dealers in the same area and it was always the same thing, internet price different than the actual price ,extra charges, finance fee, delivery fee, 3000$ warranty plus tax, no safety inspection, and all other kinds of nonsense. The price they had on the car was the price it was plus tax and registration. They post the car fax FOR FREE online. Thank you. Totally legit. Great guys who have been in business a long time and aren't out to pull a fast one. All there cars don;t have ridiculous mileage and they actually service them there, they don't even work on cars they didn't sell or are for sale. I'd recommend them to friends and more importantly family. It was my first time financing a car and they got me a rate 7% lower than anyone else. I went to pick up the car,it was spotless, the paper work was quick and easy, the payment was what they said it was going to be and there were no hidden fees. They make car buying easy, I walked in there so frustrated with all the other dealers in the area. Specifically Cash your Car, carsbuyer.net, Sunrise motors,argent motors and everyone at that Teterboro warehouse with the exception of Rich Catena.
