The plants were delivered on a hot day and were stressed. Not good specimens to begin with and the extreme heat didn't help. We planted the bushes the next day, watered twice a day for three months and still lost half of them. Three of the seven trees died almost immediately. They were replaced per the warranty but we had to pay Stauffer over $400 for re-planting that wasn't included in the warranty. We still have two of the original trees that have not recovered and still don't look healthy after doing everything we can to help them thrive. The paver patio they installed settled and had to be removed. Luckily it was warranted and at our request they paid us the settlement and we had another local landscape company re-install it and we haven't had additional issues. Maybe they are a small company and don't have enough crews to meet demand. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that's the case. I wish them well.
