He is very knowledgeable and with a reasonable approach to tackling challenges. The reason I did not give 5 stars was because when I was initialing reaching out for diagnosis of a poorly tree, I was told over several days-weeks that I would be contacted (the Arborist sets his own schedule), that there was a backlog. I accepted this, but later learned that the person was actually on scheduled time away. I just wish I would have been told this from the start as opposed to repeatedly saying he was backlogged. One particular corner had a tree growing into the fence and volunteer bushes and visible landscaping cloth. It was the corner of the yard I see first thing every morning. So I asked Cobin to come in and make it a relaxing oasis instead of a nerve-racking mess. He did just that very thing! Now every morning when I look out my window I'm greeted with beautiful hydrangeas and hostas and since he trimmed the tree in the corner there's so much more sunlight.
