I was looking for an electrician to install power outlets in two bathrooms to prepare for powered bidets and decided to call Conejo Valley Electric based on all of the positive reviews I read. I contacted Billy and he sent someone over to give me an estimate. His technician was thorough, straight forward and honest and broke down what could happen on the day of install and gave me some options. I got the estimate that evening and called Billy for some questions since I was worried about drywall damage in our newly remodeled bathrooms. He assured me the install will be clean and if needed, he had a patch and paint crew ready to take care of it but either way, he assured me the work will be as if nothing ever happened. On the day of install, two technicians came over and went though my options. I let them know I wanted to avoid any patch and paint if possible and they came through with flying colors. They were efficient, professional and clean. Installation seemed easy and looked great with no damage at all to the walls. Very happy with the work and the total cost to have them done were even lower than the original estimate. I am very happy that I went with Conejo Valley Electric. The very first thing that separates Conejo Valley Electric from nearly any other contractor/service/home repair is their responsiveness. If you have a major issue or just need help figuring which breaker is tripped, they will show up right away. These folks are super dependable. Billy will get back to you right away and will get a team to you quickly. This is a a very responsive contractor/service company. They are also super versatile. In one instance, I had a number of outlets in one room not working, and (although the hourly meter was running), they figured it out quickly and solved the problem. On other occasions, they have installed crystal pendants and chandeliers. For those unfamiliar, the complicated part here is carefully hanging crystals which is time consuming and requires an incredible amount of care.
