One day they showed up when we were at work and replaced the fabric without opening the awning. They scratched one of their arms to the bare metal. Left old parts for me to remove and when I did open the awning the pitch was way off, too low. I tried getting them to come back to adjust the pitch and they want to charge me 175.00. I agree to pay to just get this over with and I am still waiting for them to show up. And this company was recommended to us by SunSetter awning
