They must be under new management or have new staff. My order result was terrible. I could not use it so I left it there. The graphic designer tried to blame me for the result and refused to help. He doesn't know what he is doing. No management was available to help. My calls requesting a refund have been unanswered, my messages have been ignored and no refund has been issued. I had to demand one through my bank.
