I decided to give it a try since her eyebrows looked great and the spot is near my house. The studio is clean. The ladies cleaned the chairs, mirrors, and everything the customer touches. They also changed gloves after each customer and were wearing their mask. I liked that the lady listened to how I wanted my eyebrows to look and even drew it in so I can see it before they started. I will explain shortly why I say they. So here is my con. First, the time it took my eyebrows was a bit more than normal. It took 30 mins. I was in the studio for 45 minutes in total. Second, one lady started then there was about a 10 min wait before another lady came and finish tweezing my eyebrows. No communication whatsoever. The first incident was when my gel polish bubbled within 24hours. I went back to have them redone and with hesitation the owner allowed complimentary redo. (Side note- if my nails are ruined by no fault of my own right after getting them done why not apologize.) Go home to find the nails were once again not smooth and bubbling. Third time, owner would not allow fix but technician (Mayra) stepped in to accommodate.
