On the day of my appointment, parking was a little tricky since the area can get busy, but once inside, I was greeted by a super cute and clean studio. I chose Ellie for my first visit (though there are other artists available), and I'm so glad I did. She was on time, polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about brows and lashes. The whole appointment took about 30 minutes, and I was blown away by the results. My brows looked defined, natural, and polished--better than I expected--and I left with a new sense of confidence. I decided to give it a try since her eyebrows looked great and the spot is near my house. The studio is clean. The ladies cleaned the chairs, mirrors, and everything the customer touches. They also changed gloves after each customer and were wearing their mask. I liked that the lady listened to how I wanted my eyebrows to look and even drew it in so I can see it before they started. I will explain shortly why I say they. So here is my con. First, the time it took my eyebrows was a bit more than normal. It took 30 mins. I was in the studio for 45 minutes in total. Second, one lady started then there was about a 10 min wait before another lady came and finish tweezing my eyebrows. No communication whatsoever.
