I worked with Confetti for my ranch wedding and they elevated what could have been on par with a backyard barbeque into a phenomenal event. Pricing was incredibly reasonable and they were so easy to work with. I DEFINITELY recommend renting a dance floor! We ordered a 10x10 which easily fit all of our dancing guests. I only rented the essentials (dance floor, tables, chairs, flatware, table settings, linens), choosing to DIY all my decor. However, they an AMAZING array of gorgeous accesories sure to please any taste so go to the showroom and look through it all! We had one glitch with my chairs: another event beat them up to the point of no longer being suitable to be rented. Confetti then offered me an even better chair at the same price point of my original rental. A+ for customer service. Please keep in mind they are VERY busy so allow time for email responses; call if its an emergency... and almost nothing is an emergency until the week before your event. Also, they were totally accomodating to meet with me on a day the showroom was otherwise closed (I live 4 hours away and couldn't make it in any other day). Lastly, if you do not have other staff hired to set up the tables etc, definitely hire them to do so; don't stress about it or make your family/friends do it! read more

The bride and groom dealt exclusively with Confetti Rentals... and then went on their honeymoon. The could not brag enough on the care they were shown so I was expecting the same with the pick up. I was NOT disappointed. They handled the return just as planned and expected. When we inadvertently ended up with the cake stand at my home, they were so gracious with the return, especially since they had handled 27 weddings over the weekend! I could NOT recommend anyone MORE. The uniformity of all 27 tables was exquisite and when we had to roll out 2 additional tables because of an excess of guests, we had the "extra" just in case, coverings, to handle it. read more

Rented a few chairs for an outdoor event. Search for them on facebook, and messaged them. Very quick response to my needing a quote. Emailed me an invoice to reserve the chairs and then they followed up to make sure everything was ok and if we might needed anything else. Pick up and return was quick and so easy. I went to a bridal show and I liKe a couple items that I want to rent for my Daughter's wedding, for the arch the pregnant lady told me 65, when I went To the office to rent it, she told me 95 and I told her at the bridal shower you told me 65 and she said, "well is 95. I rented but I will suggest that they have a list of prices on site and be more specific. And the damage waiver, I though they will keep it if the items were damaged. No damage they kept it anyway. Was super disappointed... My venue had suggested this place and I was all for it, they have great rentals! Staff was so nice and helpful do not get me wrong. Beginning to work with them you can tell that they know what they are talking about giving you a bit of advice and ideas, not pushy at all if anything took their time to help set up tables with me. Long story short got my contract the next day (as promised) everything was reasonable but I had questioned (no name) on the delivery fee. Still to this day haven't got a reply. I gave them some time in case they were busy then called Confetti asking where was the person I was working with she was only working a few days a week so understandable. Thought she would get to me eventually but if I waited this long I would have no wedding decor... Could not believe I got ghosted by someone I really wanted to work with. Initially, Confetti Rentals were very helpful to us because they have military sabers, which we couldn't find anywhere else in the Fort Hood area. Their linens are a reasonable price, too. After signing a contract with them and paying a deposit specifying the drop off time of the rentals, I then got an email asking if we would be able to drop everything off on a different day so that they could give all of their employees a long weekend for the holiday. I told them, sorry, but no, we would be out of town on our honeymoon. Then they asked if anyone else could drop them off for us because we "were the only rental returns that day" (which ended up being not true at all), and I'm sorry again, but no, I'm not burdening someone else with our rentals and dealing with something happening to where we would have to pay full price for everything. When my husband and I picked up our rentals on a Friday morning, we were informed by the employees that no one would be at the shop the following Monday when we were supposed to return, because everyone was given a long weekend. The employees signing everything out were trying to be be as helpful as they could and it was obvious that they were being screwed over by their management's poor decision-making. After a few back and forth phone calls on our very busy weekend (no problem, just having a wedding!) someone finally decided that there WOULD be an employee there on Monday. I didn't catch her name, but whoever was there when we returned was very nice and helpful and she told us sorry for all of the confusion, and that we actually weren't the only customers returning that day. Different than what we were told before. I completely understand that you would want to give your employees a long weekend for the holiday but you're running a business, maybe plan ahead around holiday weekends especially, and not try to guilt trip your customers into fixing YOUR mistake. The lack of professionalism from management made everything so much more frustrating. I feel sorry for the employees that were clearly left to deal with problems that were not their fault. And because I have seen businesses trying to cover their tracks with different stories other than what happened, I don't mind at all posting a picture of the original and only contract as proof. Unfortunately, this wasn't the only terrible business we came across during wedding planning and it wasn't because we were demanding or unhelpful, I honestly think it's just this area of Texas. read more

My husband and I had a backdrop set up for our wedding reception. It turned out better than expected. My only gripe is that there was not enough room for everyone at the table. If I could give this business less than one star I would. The customer service is terrible. I went here because it was recommended by another business. Walked in and thought wow it looks pretty neat in here. Well I was wrong. The ladies at the front desk were not helpful at all. I specifically asked for CHAIR COVERS and Chair Sashes for my wedding. I was priced one thing and when I was given the quote it had doubled in price. (not even exaggerating) There was literally a 10 minute gap in time from what I was told and what Was printed. When I asked why she replied with oh well I misunderstood you. You sure quoted it currently on the print out. Anyways she was full of sorry excuses as to why she quoted me incorrectly. Thankfully my sister was there and she handled this because I am not nearly as nice as she is. After the lady running her mouth for about 5 minutes as to why we should understand why she was wrong I told my sister we should leave because I was getting irritated. The phone never works so you can't even call to complain. She never offered to allow me to speak to a supervisor. NOTHING. I completely understand making mistakes. I get it were are all human. But seriously you confirmed it by looking at the printout three times as you were speaking to me. When she gave me the quote she said "Oh the price went up a little". We are talking about a $400 bill that jumped to a $800+ bill. Then to demand that I agree with you because you were wrong is ridiculous. I would rather drive an hour or more away then ever return to this place again. read more

Absolute Wonderful service!!! The decor was amazing and stunned all my guests at my wedding. The people were friendly and kept me updated on everything, even when something got mixed up they were quick to fix it and made sure we experianced as little stress as possible. We were referred to Confetti by one of the owners of Inn on the creek. We contacted them and the initial meeting was just my fiance and the owner. We made a few changes and rescheduled another meeting, which I was called the day of to cancel. I work in Austin and my fiance is in Killeen (military). She assured us that we could meet with the experienced lady that would be in the office so we kept the original appointment. The lady we talked to was very nice but when we received the detail of what we stated we wanted it was WAY off, not what we spent over an hour discussing. I contacted the company via email as did my fiance via phone. Didn't receive any contact until I sent a second email the following Monday, which I received a very apologetic voicemail from the owner stating "we dropped the ball on this" and wanted to "personally take over our file". I contacted her the very next day only to be given a number of another company out of Temple! Our wedding is in June and this is May. Planning a wedding is stressful but to be referred out, with in my opinion is such short notice, is UNPROFESSIONAL especially after admitting as the owner that YOUR company dropped the ball? read more

Not military friendly. Extremely Inflexible. Poor Product Quality Utilize another vendor. I had a rather unsatisfying experience with this vendor. I went in several months prior to reserve a set of sabers and placed a deposit. I am in the Army so I had a training event that left me in field with no phone for a month. Upon return went to Confetti rentals, which had cancelled my order because I didn't pay the full fee 10 days out. I re-reserved the sabers, but the lady in the front would not let me pick them up 12 hours earlier so I had to stay in Killeen until the day of my rehearsal dinner. There was no event that required them; they were simply sitting in a storage shed 20 feet away. No amount of polite conversation or additional fees worked for them. To me it seemed as if she was literally exacting some strange vengeance for me not returning one phone call and an email, while I was gone training... The next day I picked up the Sabers, and upon exam found that they were extremely dirty and rusty! So not only was this vendor inflexible, but extremely unprofessional in their quality of service. If you have time and are flexible, and don't need sabers maybe visit this vendor. read more
