It's small but can comfortably hold a few people. There are plenty of displays to choose from. I wanted to buy some of their famous Luxemburgerli macarons but had a hard time deciding, so I asked the employee for the best sellers. She suggested three, and I went with those. She also mentioned they last 3-4 days and should be refrigerated immediately. It was a little treat for my daughter, and she absolutely loved them. It survived the 12hr flight . The moment you walk in, you're greeted with the aroma of fresh chocolate and displays of their famous slabs, pralines, and seasonal creations. Everything looks (and tastes) amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful, offering samples and explaining the different flavors, which makes the experience fun and welcoming. CHF9.90 for 100g from the slabs isn't that bad. They are quite the size of your palm and that is quite big enough to enjoy. You can get a smaller size too if you want to try them all. It's a small shop just a stone's throw from the Höhematte (the park in the center of Interlaken where paragliders land). Our group of four learned about chocolate making, sampled different chocolate ingredients and varieties, and then made our own custom chocolate bars, and we had a great time doing it. The workshop lasted about an hour, and the chocolate we made was ready for pickup, packaged in plastic sleeves and nicely bagged, ninety minutes later. Our workshop leader spoke fluent English and German (he was an American ex-pat studying in Switzerland) and the chocolate bars we made were sizable and became great souvenirs.
