I dropped the lid to a stain remover down the "lint trap." I thought that was all that needed to be fixed. It turned out to be a much larger project. The amount of lint that was backed up in the wall and flex hose/vent was incredibly dangerous. Mike stayed, working continuously for over two hours. He was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. He didn't charge over the quoted price even though I thought he should have. Mike was made me feel as though my project was a top priority and understood my personal need to have the dryer fixed) - as I have a dog with a handicapping condition. I originally planned to have a natural gas heating system. After I received the estimate for…read morerunning the gas line together with the purchase and installation of the heater, I decided to look for alternatives. In retrospect, it's hard to believe I was seriously considering a heating system that would be noisy, expensive to run, and have a limited life expectancy. Once I considered solar heating, it was a no-brainer: solar is quiet, operation costs are nil, and it's always on during swim season (no need to wait for 40,000 gallons of water to heat up). As an added bonus, it comes with a 10 year full warranty. As far as the upfront costs, in my case because of the need to run a long gas line, solar was actually the less expensive alternative. Compared with a propane heating system, the initial cost of a solar system was more expensive but because unlike gas, propane, or electric heaters, a solar system has no operating costs and lasts longer, in the long run it is the least expensive and most convenient way to heat a pool. I would like to talk about Bob Griffin, the owner of the company. He gave me a date for the installation and true to his word, he came as scheduled and finished the job in one day. I have a large swimming pool. Because Bob was trying to keep the price of the installation down, I had to push for a system large enough to really heat the pool well. I had read up on passive solar systems and the recommendation for our area of the country is to have the size of the solar system be at least 75% of the surface area of the pool. While 50% or 60% might work well in Arizona or North Carolina, if you are in New Jersey, get at least 75% unless your goal is only to take a little bit of the chill off. Yesterday, July 2, the water was 86 degrees. If 86 degrees is too hot for you, you can set the temperature lower but the maximum temperature is determined by the size of your system. The service that closed my pool last season was apparently in a rush and did not wait the full 30 minutes to drain the solar system for the winter. As a result, one of the connectors on the roof burst. I called Bob and he quickly came to my house and made the necessary repair without charge. I strongly recommend this company. Roy Konray

I spoke…read morewith Marcus, told him that I broke the tank on my toilet, and I want to replace the entire toilet because it was an older model and I couldn't find a replacement tank for it. Marcus told me he could have someone out to my place Friday or Saturday. He asked if I wanted to get my own toilet or buy one off the the company truck . I told him I would prefer to go shopping and pick something out myself. I asked him for a recommendation and he said he prefers Kohler but American Standard is also good. I asked what it would cost to replace the toilet and if they took credit cards. Marcus quoted me $150ish, depending on if they have to shutoff the valve and do other things and said cash is preferred because there are a 3% fee for credit cards. I figured that was reasonable and scheduled an appointment for Friday. Marcus took my name and number and said someone would call 30-mins before arriving. I went to the bank to withdraw money because I did not want to pay the 3% fee. I got home and waited for the call. Marcus called around 12:45 PM to let me know someone was on their way. I got an alert from my Ring Doorbell that someone was at the door. I opened the door and sensed immediately the person was not expecting who was behind the door. I introduced myself, told him I have the replacement toilet in my truck and showed him the toilet. He looked at it and said it would be $389 to replace. I was flabbergasted! I asked him his name, he said Marcus. I said, you quoted me $150ish, how is it now double. He stuttered a bit and said he can take $89 off with the company coupon. I told him I did not have a coupon and he told me I could download it off their website. I was still not prepared to pay $300 but figured I had no choice. Marcus removed the new toilet from truck and kept complimenting the model saying it was a good make and model and who recommend it. I reminded him he was the one who recommended the model. Btw, I got the Kohler. He removed the parts outside and brought them in the house. Marcus asked if he could dump my old toilet on the property and I told him we have a dumpster but there's a camera. Backstory, I live in a condo in Bridgewater. While Marcus was working on replacing my toilet, I was on their website looking for the coupon. I spoke to him through the open door of my bathroom and told him I could not find the coupon. At this point, Marcus was done replacing the toilet, he was flushing it a couple times making sure there were no leaks. Marcus came out of the bathroom, asked to see my phone so he could find it. He found it and said, don't worry about printing it out, just pay him $300. Marcus then said he will put some caulk around the toilet because the one he removed was not caulked. I said okay and he proceeded. The entire job took about 35-40 mins. I paid Marcus the $300, thanked him for his service. Before leaving, Marcus went to his truck and came back with a magnet, business card and two pens with the company logo. I said thank you and Marcus said he would take the old toilet with him and left. I am writing this review not to ding the reputation of the company but show my felt discrimination of Marcus's part. I saw in his eyes he wasn't expecting my name to match the face. To charge double was a disappointment and am hoping to not ever need a plumber for anything else. Happy Memorial Day to me .

Installation was done quickly After the couple hours of installation (July 8) noticed water leaking from discharge pipe to check valve. Informed Joe, said he would drop in to check. After few days the water was still dripping followed by whistling noise, I did a temporary fix of boot strapping the pipe to fix the leak and whistling noise.
