Hear me out, their Buffalo crispy chicken and crumbled blue cheese Mac n cheese is THE BEST Mac n cheese I think I have ever eaten. It can easily feed two people, but it was so good I didn't dare share it! I'm so sad that they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, I was craving it today! Their pizza and wraps are also great! My friends and I ordered pizza and caesar salad for delivery last night. They were very prompt with delivery and the pizza was huge! I ordered a large and it was a size I think most other places would consider a party size. The pizza was very good, but the salad was pretty bad. It was just a caesar salad so we weren't expecting anything amazing, but everyone thought the dressing was watery or fishy tasting and didn't continue to eat it. I would definitely order pizza from here again, but pass on the caesar salad next time! read more

Found this excellent restaurant while in the local area visiting garden shops. First, the setting is gorgeous- outside seating lakeside. The pizza we ordered was bacon and jalapeño and it was fantastic- great chewy-crisp crust and quality toppings. My only comment was that our round pizza was cut into squares as opposed to the standard triangle pizza slices. This may be a regional thing so I'll ask for that change next time. Also located there is the Craft Meat & Smokehouse. We brought home brisket, pulled pork and wings. Homemade barbecue sauce and a mustard-based sauce were included - everything was very tasty, high quality and obviously made with love. Can't wait to go back!! read more

I've become really fond of the pizza here - to the point where I had pizza from a different place I used to love... and it just wasn't the same. Their salads are my favorite take out salad and the portions are so large, everything lasts at least two meals. Used to be great! I was a big fan. Something has changed. I will not order from here again. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Delivery is great. Quality of food just so totally different than it was the last year or two ago. I stated my opinion to let them know my thoughts. Completely disappointed. She said I'm sorry you feel that way. I did not ask for my money back and I didnt want that I just wanted to pass along the info that I was extremely disappointed for the last couple times I ordered (raw chicken) and gross coleslaw. just not great quality. Very good fried avocado and mozzarella sticks for apps. The margarita thin crust pizza and chicken broccoli were excellent. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to the double cheese burger pizza. It should be called the double pickle pizza because that's all you could taste and had hardly any hamburger on it. Short answer: this is the best pizza in the Southwick/Westfield/Suffield area. You can tell that the ingredients are quality, and that the owner (who seems to never take a day off) really tries his best to make every pizza perfect. And well, he does. I live over 20 minutes away, and have to pass quite a few pizza joints to get here, but so worth it. Also, the prices are ridiculously good. Perfect place to get a pizza before the game. read more

These guys are super friendly and the pizza is actually really good. The only other place that delivers to Southwick is Gigi's in Westfield and they have gone way down hill since new ownership. Congamond is always friendly on the phone and the food is good. We love their wings! The reasons I can't give it full stars: They make you tip over the phone if you pay credit over the phone. This is awkward and who wants to tip ahead of time? Also, they sometimes quote weird times for delivery like, "It will be either 15 minutes or 1 hour." Also awkward and annoying. Called around 6:30 tonight and placed an order. The woman taking our order over the phone told us it would be an hour wait. We left 20 minutes earlier (we live down the street less than 2 minutes away) and we got there and the food was done! Good thing we didn't wait for the full hour. Got in the car with the food and the Mac bites were frozen inside. They apologized and gave us desserts for free! Super nice. Our salads were good but the pizza was cold because they told us an hour wait when it should have been 40 minutes. Also, I think the pizza dough may have been frozen...Other than that, it was a meal enjoyed. It's still early since they opened. I think it will only improve! read more

Stopped in for a slice of pizza during a long drive. Great little spot with a couple of tables for outdoor seating. Service was excellent, kitchen was clean, food was delicious. They have a pretty extensive menu for a small business and even have lakeside delivery. Can't wait to come back and try their grinders! read more

I was at a friends house and offered to buy dinner, so we ordered delivery from here. We were told it would take about 50 minutes, but we still expected to wait at least an hour. When an hour and a half had passed, we called the restaurant and were told by the the girl that answered that the delivery guy had arrived, but that there was no answer at the house. There were four of us plus an easily excitable dog present. Even if all four of us managed to miss hearing the doorbell (highly doubtful), there's no way that dog missed a car pulling in the driveway. We asked if they would redeliver the food, to which we got a rude yes. The food arrived about ten minutes later. My host had answered to door, and when I went to sign I heard the delivery boy telling her that he had tried calling my phone three times (I did not get a single call, and I did have service). I told him I did not get his calls, to which he responded "I'll call it right now!". I asked him to, and was ignored. I asked for the credit card slip to add a tip and sign (I was told over the phone when I ordered that I could write in a tip when the food arrived) and was ignored again. The boy literally grabbed our food out of its carrier, thrust it at us and turned to leave. I had to ask him twice for a copy of my receipt. The food was okay, cold at that point, but what really annoyed us was the attitude. I had paid for the food ahead of time, but when there was no answer at the door and the delivery boy returned to the restaurant with our food there was zero effort on their part to contact us, and when we contacted them we were treated with hostility by the girl taking orders and later by the delivery boy. Of course, that's assuming the boy went to the right house to begin with, and didn't mess up and then try to blame it on the customers. Salustros had about the same quality of food, but at least the service was pleasant and honest, and I went there often. I won't order from Congamond Pizza again. read more

Hitting home runs on opening day! Stopped by Congamond Pizza on opening day and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing quality and taste of the food. I had the eggplant grinder and my husband had the panko crusted cod grinder. The grinder rolls were very fresh. The thick slices of breaded eggplant covered with provolone on my grinder was delicious! I highly recommend the jalapeño bacon Mac and cheese bites too. Congamond Pizza is located right next to the bike path which makes it a great destination for anyone using the bike path. read more
