The glass in the wall and ceilings are very ornate and appealing, and I was very enthused about seeing it for the very first time. Although I know God noticed me here, I'm not Baptist at all, but I found this church to be very different than most churches I attend or have gone to in the past. I gave God a prayer here(since this was a non-mass time, and we left soon therafter).

Don't let other pastors/leaders go and tell the congregation that they were called to other paths. This church treats everyone as a number. You walk into a huge auditorium and are NEVER welcomed. You can walk around after service and no one speaks to you. if you attend and do not come for several weeks - you aren't missed.

It's such a majestic spot on top of a hill; so quiet and spiritual. Read about the Martyrs before you visit, especially St. Isaac Jogues and St. Kateri, the first Native American saint. Site is a witness to those brave Jesuit martyrs who died for Christ whilst forgiving their tormentors. No words nor can any Yelp review truly describe or capture the holiness and peace present here. Our Ohana visited here the day after attending a nearby wedding and it was a truly moving and contemplative pilgrimage with plenty of places to pray in silence and just "be present" with God. Then when I tried to speak up an add input about there baptism there, she basically told me to shout up. But yet allowed another at a different table speak when she was done n didn't have any intentions of coming back to me. when what I had to say would have helped. I felt unwanted at this church AT CHURCH in all places !!! The one place you're supposed to feel welcomed I felt unwelcome. I had to leave respectfully. She's a pastor n she lied to my face saying she left our table cause she had to speak her announcements but she didn't!! she left n went to say hi to another table! The ladys came to speak to me in the hall n only wanted to state what they believed n that she's not that way but God knows the truth that she did that. Yes she's human too but she's also a leader n should be more respectful in gods name. God says to for give so I'll do that but I don't want to go where a pastors wife treats me like I'm dirt. But yet god still calls me to go there that there's something to learn there regardless of the pastors wife Deb. God is in control n has much to teach me.

The church has a wonderful, warm atmosphere, and you can really tell how much they care about their members. They've generously let our family use one of their rooms for both our Thanksgiving gathering and my grandpa's surprise birthday party, and everything went perfectly. The space was clean, comfortable, and just right for bringing everyone together. It meant a lot to us. If you're looking for a caring, supportive church community, this is the place. We can't thank them enough for everything they've done for our family!
