We are so grateful for the exceptional love and care provided by their classroom teachers, Miss Aimee and Miss Gladys. Additionally, the leadership team has been incredibly supportive, patient, and accommodating; they are always willing to listen, help and work out solutions. The facility is very clean and provides a welcoming environment. Having cameras in the classroom is also a great resource, as it allows us to stay connected with our children's daily lives at school.

In that time, we feel that the staff at Little Cricket has become like family to us. Some of the things we love about Little Cricket: The owners, Erika and Frankie, are extremely hands on. One of them is present every single day. They are in constant contact with parents and were always helpful in working around our schedules. I never had to worry if I was stuck in traffic on my way to pick up my son. There was not one second when I doubted my son's safety. The center is clean, safe, welcoming and well-staffed. I knew my son was well taken care of and supervised when he was there. The teachers at Little Cricket are very caring and loving. The children are given breakfast, lunch and snacks that are always healthy and can be tailored to any special diet/allergy. They are also knowledgable in early childhood education. My son loved every staff member there! Their curriculum covers letter/number recognition, countless art projects, music education, home work help, science projects, physical education and so on. The children also learn social skills and a strong working concept of right and wrong. Because of Little Cricket, my son was well prepared for Kindergarten. The Little Cricket Staff takes the time and energy to create a genuine family feel to their school. They celebrate the birthdays of staff and children, they do projects for the various holidays, go on trips, take the students trick or treating for Halloween and so much more. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Little Cricket. Choosing a child care provider is a scary and daunting experience. However, I can assure prospective parents that you will not be disappointed in Little Cricket.

Do not use this daycare!! This daycare is awful, I had to…read moreremove my children after only 1 month of enrollment. My 2 year old was coming home starving, despite sending him to school with a lot of his favorite foods. His lunch bag would be full at the end of the day. The staff said he was refusing to eat but he would point and grunt at his lunch bag as soon as he saw his lunch bag when I picked him up. He would take food out of lunch bag and eat the entire drive home. My completely potty trained 3 year old started having accidents, they lost his urine soaked sneakers and shorts for 2 days. Then those shoes and shorts had to be thrown away because I couldn't get the urine smell out. The place is disgusting, filthy dirty. The entryway floods every time it rains and smells like mold. If you look at the wood around the door frames, it's obvious that the space has flooded many times. Communication was awful. I would get little to no information about my 3 year old. I wouldn't know if he napped or for how long. I never knew if he was having bowel movements. Several of the staff members did not speak English. Many kids would be crying in the parking lot and not wanting to go into the building. An obvious sign that even the kids didn't like going there. Do not send you children here.

I remember reading somewhere that this school is "like a big, warm hug" and I now understand what they mean and couldn't agree more!
