Regarding this pharmacy, the chemist actually remembers my name. Now I know my name and other details are provided as a result of a prescription. But beyond that info, to be greeted each time using my name makes a big difference to me. The chemist and staff are friendly. The chemist, for example, will ask me about how 'this' treatment is going, or 'that' medication. Not announcing to all in ear-shot, but discreetly. The other staff seem to work well as a little team, and seem to be well informed regarding their products and services. I am absolutely 'in-like' with this team at Leabank Pharmacy. My GP is just a stones throw away, at Leabank Health Centre. The convenience of both, but particularly the 'friendly professionalism' keeps me coming back for more. Well Done!

Standard suburban pharmacy, seems to be very popular and well patronised but this is the only…read morepharmacy in the local catchment area so there's not much choice! The staff are efficient but seem overworked and are not very friendly so I don't have any particular loyalty to this place. They have a selection of gifts, homewares, room fragrances, soaps, body moisturisers, scarves, a bit of costume jewellery and a few toys and nick nacks for kids etc. I used to buy gifts here when they had a better range but the stock doesn't seem to turn over much so they always have the same old stuff. They double up with Kiwibank / Postshop.
