At their Xmas party in Frankinmuth 2024, he thanked all employees because profits were way up. BUT then said there wouldn't be any Christmas bonuses that year. Why even say this,after saying profits are way up? Even if he thought is was a funny joke,it really isn't when ppl are paid poverty wages.This isn't funny in these days and times. I heard this from my friend and thought " what a turd bag".Ppl don't have to work there, but the poverty wages make the company look pathetic and greedy. They are short staffed a lot. Maybe because the pay. COME ON, pay your ppl so they can at least pay rent and eat a little. They should turn the air conditioner on or fix it too, with their record high profits, its hot in there!! When they came to drop it off, they didn't even go in the building, just gave the keys and receipt to the security guard. No reason for anyone to see what we paid to have our vehicle serviced. They also didn't return our lugnut key or the spares we had. I have taken it in personally for service and collision work, and didn't have these issues.

They were so friendly, they listened, they were personable, and most importantly we were in and out of there within 15 minutes of pulling in the parking lot. They told us many times that we are welcome to come in whenever we need in between our oil changes for topping of ALL fluids in our vehicle and for tire inflation. They said: "Before a trip, stop in and see us! Free of charge! Or any other time you need fluids or air in your tires! For free!" They even gave my dog a treat after seeing her in the car and their own shop dog was roaming the garage and just sweet as can be. I just love the vibe of this place. The person on the phone said, "I'm sure we can get you back on the road, come on in!" We got there and they had the tire replaced in no time flat and walked it out to our truck!
