Don't use their pickup/ drop-off when getting service done. Gave them the location of my girlfriends work and her name as they needed to see her for the keys. They couldn't find her building, and called me 3 times for assistance. Big sign at the road, signs on doors stating which office was hers. Said they went in and asked for me, when they were supposed to ask for her, but she says they never came in her office. When they finally did arrive, the pickup guy was very rude, and caused a scene with security. When they came to drop it off, they didn't even go in the building, just gave the keys and receipt to the security guard. No reason for anyone to see what we paid to have our vehicle serviced. They also didn't return our lugnut key or the spares we had. I have taken it in personally for service and collision work, and didn't have these issues. read more

I'm on my way to my appointment and they texted me and asked if I was coming still, I was downtown frankenmuth. When I arrived the manager corby told me they pulled the car out front for me, yet he let someone test drive it "he just pulled off the lot" is what I was told as soon as I got there. They begged me to wait, then he came back and bought it! I had the money for the car IN CASH!!! WHATS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU'RE GOING TO SELL IT OUT FROM UNDER ME? I'm very upset, no I don't want to look at a different car, thanks for asking. I won't be doing business with you ever because of this experience. Edit to update they've called me 3 times telling me the car was mine just come in and talk to them and each time I returned the calls it was unanswered. Since I don't have a car right now, my husband works and my brother in law has to drive over an hour to get me to the dealership, you would think they'd answer my call. I wrote them an email and now the car has been sold. This dealership sucks lol do not do business with them!!! Miles and Johnathon in the service Department really came through for my family. We are traveling the country and are from California. Our 2019 2500 Duramax broke down in Niles Michigan. We called the 2 local Chevrolet dealers and they told us there was a 2 week wait, then turned us away. We were heading for Frankenmuth so we called Mike Young Buick GMC. Miles took my call after hours and said if I could get it to him they would fix it. No promises for the next day but before we left Fankenmuth in 1 week. Johnathon even provided us with a loaner truck during the repair period. Our truck was diagnosed, fixed and back to us in 6 days, all under warranty. I bought a 2019 Ford F-150 from Mike Young Used Cars on 4/4/24 when I drove it home that night it stalled in the driveway and the service engine light came on. The next morning it stalled three times before I arrived at work. Travis the Salesman I had been working with came and swapped me out vehicles and gave me a loaner. 4/13/24 I still hadn't gotten my truck back and they called to inform me that they had messed up the terms on my loan. I asked them to fix the backup camera, replace the bed bolt that was missing and replace the blinker that was out. They told me they would do it no problem because of the inconvenience. I received my truck back today 4/15/24. The backup camera was replaced but the truck is still stalling, the bed bolt wasn't replaced and the neither was the blinker. I dropped my truck off to the dealership on 5/2/24 because of the stalling issues, they had it until 5/21/24 when I picked it back up. The truck ran great for about a month before it started stalling and rough idling yet again. I'm beyond frustrated. I am now having to take the truck to another dealership for oil consumption service bulletin and the stalling issues. The truck has put myself and my children at risk multiple times. Tim the used car manager told me he would find me he would find me another vehicle. I agreed until they were wanting me to put more money down. I've put thousands into this vehicle in maintenance, oil changes and gas. As for the dealership, I don't trust them. I won't be doing business there again. My 2020 truck was having transmission issues. Took it to a local shop to diagnose - it was found to be internal powertrain which is covered under warranty in this instance. I called around and no dealership near me offered loaners. I eventually landed with Mike Young. The repair took close to 6 weeks during which I had a loaner the entire time free of charge. They even delivered additional loaners to my house when the mileage was increasing (I live 20-30 miles away). They then delivered my fixed truck to my place of work to swap out the last loaner. Everyone I interacted with in the service department was professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. read more

WOW, I purchased my new Arcadia from there. Great experience, with my salesperson. Service department a completely different experience. Stopped in yesterday to have my remote key fob checked wife saying that it would not start her car from the same distance as before. The service advisor would not even check the battery. He spoke with manager (Josh) nothing came of it. So hard to believe that they would not cover this under warranty and they expected me to pay for a $5.00 battery. It only has 15,000 miles on the car. So needless to say I will no longer take my vehicle there for service of any kind, and will not recommend any one to take their vehicle there. While trying to buy a used car I was given excellent service every time! They had many quality choices and worked hard to show me all cars that met my criteria. There were several great ones driven that I thought would be excellent, but in the end were slightly above my price range at this time ($12,000.00 plus) Beautiful Terrains, Equinox's, and Escapes. Purchased a '02 trailblazer. They told me it was a 4 wheel drive which was was a very high selling point. When winter arrived I realized it was only a rear wheel drive. When I called the dealership to tell them they sold me the wrong type of SUV they said too bad so sad. Not to mention they sold me the SUV at a 4x4 price instead of a rear wheel price. Bad business practices from this company, not only lying about their vehicle types, but then to also price them higher for features that actually are NOT in your car. Its too late for me I'm already screwed but if you are thinking about buying your car from them I wouldn't want to buy my car from a company that lies. Who knows what else they lie about. read more
