He was very…read moreknowledgeable and helpful in explaining all of the different type of mattresses throughout the store. We were mainly interested in the Tempur-pedic mattresses and he made sure to go through each detail of each one with us. I know mattress salesmen have a bad reputation, but George wasn't pushy at all and made sure to give us space when checking out the mattresses but always making sure he was available to inform us about the products or answer any questions when needed. He also seemed pretty transparent on the pricing of the items which was appreciated. We were happy because the prices seemed very fair based on comparing to items online and the 0% APR on financing with lengthy terms was great. I think it goes all the way up to 72 months 0% APR (they use Synchrony bank). I would definitely suggest going in to the store instead of shopping online because there was so much we learned from George that online research didn't tell us. We ended up getting a Tempur-pedic mattress and base, which included complementary delivery, set up, and removal of our old mattress. Tempu-pedic is currently doing a promotion where you get $300 to spend when you purchase a mattress, so we essentially got the base for $300 off. He also gave us some good freebies/deals on good quality pillows and sheets. A nice perk about Mattress Firm is that they give you a 4 month trial period from delivery date to decide if you want to keep the mattress. If you decide it's not the right one, they will swap them out for you. Although we don't plan on using this safety net, we appreciate that it is offered. Overall, we're very happy with our experience at this Mattress Firm. Honestly, I felt way less pressure than I had experience in the past from people who work on commission. I would definitely shop here again and from George if I ever need another mattress. I can't speak about how delivery will go, but I will update if there are any key points to indicate. Otherwise, you can assume things went well!

The warehouse staff have a good attitude and helped put the item in our truck. Just a note: go inside before picking up your items. You don't want to get on the warehouses bad side. Great store. It's unfortunate that they don't back up their own deliveries as I'd planned to come back for a recliner but after my experience & seeing similar reviews, I lack confidence to try this store again.

Our boat requires a custom size and thinner mattress to accommodate the overhang. Nick (the owner) took great care of us, it's as comfortable as our King size. I have issues with my hip and these mattresses allow me to sleep through the night. We bought a very expensive queen mattress at Macy's that is not near as comfortable as our King Slumber Ease. (for the price as the queen). Their prices are comparable to any high end mattress company but custom made to suit the individual.

We were bed shopping and every stop prior to Slumber Ease was basically a box store that only sold mattresses... I heard the same statement at every location... 'try a few ideas and tell me what feels good'. Nick at Slumber Ease walked me through a 'test flight' asking pointed questions about how it feels and where on my body. The process took about an hour and we zeroed into the perfect 2 mattresses, Yes two! We bought a King with two mattresses, my wife liked a completely different firmness than I did, so Nick custom built us a King Size Bed with two mattresses so Jen can have her super soft side and I have my side that is more firm. I didn't know this walking in the door, but by the end of the visit Nick explained to me that his beds are 100% American material and completely manufactured just 1 block away from the showroom. Every bed they build is double sided, so every 3 months you flip and rotate, they even put a tag on the mattresses telling you what side and rotation you should be on based on the month you are on... so cool. Price is amazing... considering everyone we looked at was only single sided and just one king mattress not 2 different mattresses with 2 different firmness in the footprint of a single king. This is easily a 10 to 20 year mattress.
