Its a good Italian place. Small business as usual. Great food, great prices. Had a chicken parmesan, and got another to for my mom. The wings are huge. The onion rings taste like the ones from the fair. I'm not sure why folks are dunkin on this place. Theyre friendly and better than most around the area. read more

I've ate here multiple times and never had a problem with the food. The service however is HORRIBLE. The same girl usually answers the phone and checks people out at the register, she has a horrible attitude, acts like any question is an inconvenience to her, and will take her time getting to the front of the building to check you out at the register and even longer to bring you your food. Even with the awful service at the restaurant you are still better off picking up any food you order. If you place an order for delivery you will most likely be told it will take a half hour to forty-five minutes. I have placed an order three times now for delivery and each time they have taken an hour plus. This past time I called three times asking where our food was and each time the girl said it was out for delivery, took two hours for a delivery. Called and let them know how unhappy we were since our food was cold when it was delivered and that we would never order from them again and all the girl said was "ok." Another wonderful example or less than mediocre service. Wish this business could get some decent employees and the business might actually improve. read more

As soon as you hit the door and alarm goes off alerting the staff in the back that someone is here. We have dined here three times, and every time has been a disappointment. When the staff finally emerges from the back, they tell you to sit anywhere you want and then they disappear again. 10-15 minutes later, they will emerge again and ask what you want. Then she disappears again, back into the kitchen. The only time they reemerge is when someone walks in the door and the alarm sounds. You would think that by the clanking of pots and pans in the back that they are bustling, but I don't know what the heck is going on in their. So their you are sitting, you wont see the waitress again until your food is done, and that can take up to 30 minutes. If you order the pizza you better eat it quickly, the cheese will turn translucent and the pepperoni turn a brownish red. We have had their spaghetti, and it seems that they use Government cheese and pasta sauce. They lack any professionalism with their service, and the quality of products is sub par to MRE's. We've ordered out from the place many times because it's close and they forgot so many things like 5 times, one time they tried saying my steak sub fell on the ground. They are rude to their costumers and my family and I went there to eat my grandma and grandpa, my mom and brother, my uncle and 2 cousins, my aunt and 2 other uncle's we got there at 5:00 and we didn't get our food till 7 or 7:30 they messed up on so many of our orders it's not funny. The waitress we had was very rude to us and had a bad attitude. The lady that works there was or is a drug addict and i know her because my mom used to hang out with her. This place doesn't even deserve one star. The last review on here was EXACTLY dead on. No one is ever around and when the are it's only for a minute and then it's back to the kitchen. Don't dare ask for another minute to look at the menu because you will get more like 30 mins and a attitude. Now on to the delivery service. This is actually worse then eating there. I've waited an hour and a half before and in that time I had called twice and each time they said it was out for delivery the guy should be there soon. I've ordered 3 times, giving them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they were just busy. Nope It's always the same and the order was messed up twice. I made the mistake of calling to complain and they said they would have the guy drop off the"pizza" that was forgotten. Umm hope do u forget a pizza? I received that an hour and a half later. The second delivery went a little better,. Well the dinner but the food was horrible. I will never eat there again. I had gotten cheese for my fries and I dipped on the cheese took a bite and threw up. I looked at the cheese and underneath the top layer it was full of mildew. The Stromboli at Conneaut Sub-Shop is world class and Amazingly delicious . I am military and have lived all over the US and overseas and have yet to find a comparable Stromboli.
