Sure, we all lost power last night, but that's still no reason to serve substandard food. If the dough didn't rise enough to make a quality product, 1) at least tell me so I can make my own decision whether to take inedible food home or 2) not sell it till it's ready ( really, I would much more appreciate that than always wondering now if the pizza I'm getting will be good or trash. Normally a good value for the price and convenience, From now on I will think twice before ordering from here, and I will ALWAYS inspect the product BEFORE I pay. We order from Little Ceasar's frequently, not just because of the convenience--we really like their pizza (especially the "extra most-est" ones). Last night we tried something new, and had a less than perfect experience. The manager called me today to see how they could improve the situation. Not a completely bad experience. I'll start with the good part first: We ordered dinner and was told that it would be ready in 10 minutes and it was. Now the not so good part of the review: We had decided to get Little Caesar's for dinner after seeing what coupons/specials were available. My husband selected the coupon for 2 large Deep Deep Dish pizzas and an 8 pc order crazy combo. When he called to order, he was told that deal was NOT at this store, and was told that he could get 1 deep deep dish, an 8pc crazy combo and a 2 liter for $12 (I don't know if there's a price difference between round and square pizzas, but this combo was similar to the deal on another coupon for $10 - the only difference was the pizza - the coupon showed a round pizza.) So, that was the deal he ordered. We noticed, AFTER he got home, that the coupon he had printed out from the website (for the 2 pizzas and an 8pc crazy combo) stated: VALID ONLY AT: 384 G W MAIN RD CONNEAUT, OH 44030. Granted, it is a brand new store, but I think that ALL employees should be made aware of the coupons that ARE being honored & the deals that are specific to that store. Haven't had an issue with this location! I've probably been there a dozen times since they've opened this location and the food has always been great but keep in mind that you're going to get what you pay for - Don't expect a exquisite pizza pie for the "Hot and Ready" $5, but like I said, I can't complain for the bargain. As for wait times, I've only had to wait once for about 20 minutes for my "Hot and Ready" because the restaurant operators (I assume) didn't anticipate a big rush after the area Trick-or-treat on Halloween. read more

Ok if your going to boast yourself as a hot and ready pizza place why do I have to wait 15 minutes to get a pizza when I walk in. Second time this has happened that I've walked in and you had no pizza hot and ready. read more

I'm not an avid reviewer or "yelper" However after visiting this location and Speaking with the couple who recently opened it , Seeing only a single condescending review on this Little Caesars location made me feel it was necessary to create an account to put in my own review. Here I Go.... Passing through on my way home to Rochester , Hungry, listening to the radio I catch a glimpse of a conversation about the Detroit red wings at "little Caesars arena" . First I thought "little Caesars" owns a hockey arena! Second I thought $5 pizza no tax on food I'm in. I googled little Caesars by me. I saw this review mal-nourished location come up on my radar. I detoured the 20 minutes because Sams single yelp review just wasn't enough for my stomach to say no. Man I am glad I did, First off my $5 large pepperoni pizza was hot and ready to go. The young woman that took care of me was as nice as could be , I would've been out in 30 seconds . The store was phenomenally clean (much cleaner then others I've seen) which I mentioned to the woman who waited on me. Turns out this young woman and her husband were the owners of that location . Little Caesars has around 5000 locations around the world and Apparently many of these pizzerias are locally owned. This couple opened a few months ago. Long story short when I asked this woman why she chose this town when they could've opened in Erie , Pittsburgh, Cleveland , Columbus, canton etc etc. She said to me "we love this town, we love the people". Yelp is a big deal in some cities and reviews can detour people to visit the businesses that help your city/town to thrive. Don't let one review from a reviewer who has insulted several companies in your town detour you from supporting the businesses in your hardworking community. Thank you for reading I came back to add this One more thing. Looking at the pictures the first reviewer posted, looks to me like there are actually pizzas ready to go in that box.
