Rebecca is my audiologist and has handled each challenge I have faced with professionalism as well as courtesy and kindness. I would be lost without my hearing aids. My main symptom was severe stuffy nose. 2 months later instill could not get my nose un-stuffed. I went to my Dr and other Drs with no help, they all said, it is left over Covid it will clear when its ready. Told me to use Mucinex And Flonase. I returned a month later, told the same thing, I have to just let it run its course. I finally decided something had to be done! I found Dr. Orsini!! From the moment I left the office my whole life turned around. He took great concern I felt and started me on the road to healing. He told me it took along time to get this bad (6 mos) and it would take a while to heal. He was right, I do everything he tells me and I am so much better. I know I am not healed completely and understand it will still take a while longer. I can now breath out of my nose, I can blow it when its stuffed, like first thing in the morning, get it to clear and carry on with my day FINALLY!! In my opinion Dr Orsini is a blessing. I would tell anyone and everyone, need an ENT he is the man to see. His office staff is very professional and caring. They work with you to make sure you can get in and be seen. I recently got surgery on my septum and sinuses by Dr Gaugler. Now I will warn you he does tend to…read morerun behind on occasion, but it is just because he is very through. I had two appointments with him before my surgery and he did a camera up my nose along with a CT scan of my sinuses. I had previously gotten surgery on my deviated septum in July of 2017 and wasn't exactly thrilled will the results of the procedure done at the Cleveland Clinic. After the procedure at the Cleveland Clinic I could still on breathe out of the right side of my nose, somewhat better just not ideal. The doctor I had at the Cleveland Clinic never did a ct scan on my sinuses or put the camera up my nose. He basically looked up my nose and was like you need surgery. Michael Gaugler is one of the best doctors and a great surgeon. Though I only had my procedure yesterday's it's clear there is a night and day difference between some doctors. He also cleaned out my sinuses behind my cheeks and eyes, which from his indication was not done during my previous procedure at the CC. I'm very pleased Thanks again Dr. Gaugler.

The doctor we saw was awesome,very friendly and asked question after question and explained to us what was actually going on with my ears. He also gave me an option. Which lets face it, not many doctors do these days. We were in and out of there in 45 minutes. It was super easy to schedule a follow up and the parking was superb. She showed me charts and graphs so I would better understand my hearing loss. She then suggested what type of hearing aids I would need, and let me try a pair of samples. In another appointment, I brought my wife, and Dr. Janelle reviewed everything with her. I gave the go-ahead, and the hearing aids come in a week later. Dr. Lisa Chandonais fitted me with the new hearing aids via computer and Bluetooth technology. I saw Dr. Janelle again to make adjustments, and I'm now hearing things I haven't heard in years. These two ladies are very professional, yet very down to earth and easy to deal with. Dr. Janelle had to check something out for me with the hearing aid manufacturer, and promised to email me the results. I received her very thorough email within hours. You want to shop around? By all means, go ahead. But make sure you visit these folks. Maybe you'll get the cheapest price on hearing aids from them, maybe you won't. But if you do some research, you'll find that, as usual, you get what you pay for. So if their hearing aids are more expensive than someone else's, there's a good reason. In any event, I guarantee you that you won't get better service anywhere else.

I never felt rushed and i felt like she was there to truly help me. The receptionists and doctor were all very friendly and personable.
