NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. They raised my policy quite a bit for a 2013 and immaculate driving record. I cannot recommend them.

The Allstate agent Rudy Zuluaga was assigned to me. I emailed him and asked him for the specifics of the policy; coverage, deductibles, waivers, rental car, etc. I emailed him twice already. Did I get a response? NOT!!!!!! If this is the kind of service I receive when I am buying something, I would hate to see what I will receive if anything happens.

I was with this insurance carrier from 2015-2019. There has been multiple mistakes that's cost me…read morehundreds of dollars each time due to their staff's negligence. I gave them the opportunity to fix a mistake on their end that took months to resolve and of course I had to bear the costs due to their mishandling. One of the most recent issues I've had was due to my desperation of an sr-22 filing with the dmv which is the initial reason I made a call to my insurance office. My 6 month policy of insurance should coincide with my sr-22 filing. Once again, my liscence became suspended because this office failed to file my sr-22 report with the dmv in parallel with my policy that I have with them. When contacting the agent, she stated that I never mentioned an sr-22 which makes no sense as that's the main point of my initial call. Also, you can clearly see on my driving record that an sr-22 filing is required for me to operate a motor vehicle, why would you ignore that as an insurance agent? Once a licences is suspended, it stays on your record for a matter of years, this is nearly impossible to clear with the dmv which will them cost me more money today and in the future due to their multiple mistakes. They claimed they would contact me back and again, I havent heard from the office once. I suggest you go anywhere else but this office. My 6 year old daughter could probably do a better job. I'm furious, but I have to eat the costs. A part of me wants to file a report or even speak to someone of hierarchy at state farm to make them aware of my intentions of going to BBB or even filing a civil suit for what they've cost me.
