Bill taught his sons to treat all people like they would want to be treated themselves. He instilled in them a generosity towards others in life and to spread cheer at every chance they could. This has led them to be very good at dealing with their clients, going above and beyond what most people would expect from an insurance agent. I recently stopped by and inquired with Rob at Bill Wallace Insurance about business liability and property insurance. I had to switch over because my annual premium with my current plan doubled in price due to a burglary about a year and a half ago. The ladies at the front were delightful. I met with Rob and felt right at home. We started talking about The Walking Dead instead of my insurance to show how comfortable it is at his office. He was able to get me a quote that cut that premium in half even with the history of the burglary. He personally called the insurance company and stated my case. I felt like a human instead of just another number/file that you get with insurance companies. If it weren't for Rob making the personal call himself (while I was there), the insurance would've ran my numbers and either not beat the premium or reject me altogether. A couple of times, I have needed questions answered about policy coverage for car rentals, work usage, or needing a duplicate of my insurance card. I was insured by Bill before and was satisfied with my service but opted to try online based insurance in order to try and save a couple bucks. After having basically no customer service from the online based insurance provider and spending over an hour every time I needed anything for example changing my payment method(with Bill I could call and it would be done in a fraction of the time). I decided to go back to Bill Wallace insurance and was helped by Rob whom was very easy to talk to and very helpful with any questions or concerns I had. He made sure I understood the limitations of my policy and helped me choose what coverage fit my budget. I will most likely never return to online based insurance providers because it just can't compare to the excellent and fast service you get here at Bill Wallace Mercury.
