Lack of communication, lack of assistance, and lack of accountability. First, they increased my house insurance by more than double without notification, then they charged my mortgage 3 times the amount, I was told it was a 'glitch', however, 5 months later and it's still not resolved. My house payment went up due to this 'glitch'. I'm shopping for another home insurance and talking to an attorney to get my money back from this place who has robbed me.

It was fine for a while, when I didn't need anything. I recently needed some help accessing my account, but the team at this office kept referring me to the national 800 number. They said they don't deal with bank accounts. I called that number, and it auto redirects you back to the agent's office. I tell them what happened, and refer me back to the 800 number. It went like this at all hours of the day. Not very helpful. Tip: Don't open a bank account with StateFarm, or cancel if you already do. The agent's office doesn't help, the national number puts up multiple barriers to getting your transaction completed, and they nickel and dime you for every transaction.
