They also sell the most beautiful and healthiest plants you will ever see. The soap they make has cleared up my skin and I refuse to use anything else now. They also sell unique jewelry and gifts you will find nowhere else. My husband has bought me flowers from there, we used them for our wedding and other occasions. The last few times my husband has sent me arrangements, the flowers are not fresh. The stems are brown and they die within a couple of days. The last batch of a dozen red roses were drooping 2 days after they were delivered. I am not surprised because the leaves and stems did not look fresh. Over a hundred dollars and they are now in the garbage a couple of days later. Fresh flowers should be able to last a solid week without an issue. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

However, I'm giving them a 3 instead of a 5 for a few reasons in particular. I requested early am delivery which was before 12. My mother had a function so I wanted to make sure she received them before heading out. The first thing that irritated me was that they called the house to verify she would be there. Thankfully I happened to be there to answer that call. These were meant to be a surprise. I knew her schedule hence why I requested early am delivery. Secondly they did not arrive before 12. I called at 12:05 and I was polite. I stated to Katherine that the flowers hadn't been delivered and I explained she would be leaving soon. She asked me where are these being delivered to, and then just said Megan should be in that area. She wasn't apologetic and I felt that to be such horrible customer service. I get that it was a busy day for them and that things happen. But her lack of concern irritated me especially because I paid a lot of $ for these flowers, and to be delivered before 12. Lastly they proceed to call again and my Mom answers this time and is now very confused. She was told flowers were dropped off and they should be outside her door. Well needless to say the surprise was just ruined. And guess what? No flowers! They dropped them off at the wrong location. The flowers finally made it to her home at 12:30. Although the flowers were very beautiful I was very dissatisfied with the entire process from finish to end.
