I did not oder hot pink, when I explained I did not order that nor do I want to pay $80 for flowers I didn't order they were every surprised and tried to tell me there was no difference, I worked for a florist there is a very big difference, they were very rude! read more

This bad experience is partially because of 1-800-FLOWERS. My boyfriend ordered flowers the Thursday before Valentine's Day & they were never delivered. He could not ask for a refund, so on Monday 1-800-FLOWERS said they would put out another order. Someone came to the house around Noon on Tuesday. I could not get to the Ring camera in time to tell them no one was home. I tried calling 1-800-FLOWERS to ask who the delivering florist was so I could call & ask them to come back once someone was home from work. They never gave me the florist's name. A guy came back around 1:30p & my boyfriend answered over the Ring doorbell that someone would be home at 3:15p. He got angry & frustrated that we were not home. Do businesses know people work during the weekdays? He never came back at 3:15p & I found a note in our mailbox the next day. My boyfriend contacted the florist & they agreed to make a fresh batch that he could pick up after work on Wednesday. Grateful that they made a fresh bouquet, but very frustrated with the whole situation & receiving flowers almost a whole week after Valentine's Day. read more

OMG DO NOT USE KESER'S FLOWERS! I purchased 2 bouquet's at the same time, same flowers, delivering to the same place to 2 separate employees for Boss's Day. I paid extra to specify the date and time range to be delivered. They ended up delivering 1 a day early which made it look like I forgot the other employee. Horrible horrible service. read more

Although I moved from Glastonbury to NC, Keser's Flowers is the only place I order flowers from for friends & family still in CT. 25 years ago they provided the most beautiful flowers for my wedding. Since then I have not used another florist. Meegan, Tracey, & Kevin have stayed true to the extraordinary quality of flowers, exquisite arrangements, most importantly listening to my vision of the end result. Very disappointed & unsatisfied. Placed order through 1-800 Flowers which was sent to Keser's to prepare & deliver. Ordered "Large" Country Garden arrangement (12.5"H x 14"W) for my mother's birthday. She received a significantly smaller, completely underwhelming arrangement that measures smaller than the "small" option for the bouquet I paid for. This looks like a $20 grocery store bouquet. I called and spoke to Kevin, who patiently listened to a discrepancy I had amongst what was ordered verses what was delivered. Kevin worked to rectify the situation, first by offering to send another arrangement and then by reimbursement. Called around last minute for flowers on New Years Eve more so for a sick friend to get well, then as a New Years accessory. Another store in town actually answered the phone, only to laugh at the idea of putting something together last minute for me. Keser's, on the other hand, agreed to stay in the store late(as it was almost closing), and delivered. Made my friend's evening, she posted it all over her facebook. THAT is how you truly run a business / personalized. The other place could have either A) Not picked up the phone since it was close to closing; B) Politely said "Unfortunately, it's close to closing and we don't have anything prepared", etc- any variety of things. But to actually SCOFF at me? Really made my blood boil. I've recieved flowers from this shop after the birth of each of my 3 children. The quality is outstanding! Delivery personnel are courteous and professional. My wife recently got flowers as a bereavement gift from family members through Keser's. Although my experience of buying flowers (during the busiest days of the year) was a little challenging, I will say that my wife loved the whole arrangement. The staff member who dropped them off was really nice and very friendly. It can be hard to find local businesses that really care about their customers but my last experience with Keser's has been excellent. Disappointed with Keser's. I selected them based on a review from a happy customer. My daughter just moved to Glastonbury and I selected a beautiful Garden Basket to be delivered the day after she moved in. I ordered the basket three days in advance of delivery so PLENTY of time. Not only was it a day LATE being delivered but they left it with the leasing office (who also didn't contact my daughter) at her complex rather than phoning me (gave them my number). So much for the surprise I wanted her to have. And to make matters worse, the basket, as In the description and picture of such basket, was in a ceramic pot Instead of a basket. Really!!! Is it possible to give negative stars? Cheesy, cheap and they left the bouquet in my driveway, nowhere near my side, back, or front door. Then they slammed the phone down on me when I had the temerity to complain (The flowers were delivered 12 days after their scheduled delivery which, to be fair, is not their issue, as I confirmed with 1800 flower, who graciously offered a refund). Still, there were two problems one of which is of their own doing and they reacted badly to the criticism. Awful service. Awful product. read more

very disappointing. I had specifically asked for a simple arrangement of of roses and winter greens for my table. I said no carnations or other flowers. I wanted it rustic and simple. When I went to get it they brought out something that was the opposite of what I ordered. It was over the top busy with mums, silver balls, bows, cinnamon sticks.. It was pretty, but it was not what I ordered. Although they offered to do it again, I didn't want to deal with it.. I was so disappointed. They changed out some of the flowers for roses.. which were not the freshest they could have been. It seemed like they just took something out of the cooler that had already been done and handed it to me..... be very clear if you order from them if you want something specific. read more

I am sorry to write this review, but feel as though i should. I recently attended a wedding of a friend, who had her flowers done my this florist. The trouble began after she had her consultation, as kesers never contacted her back with her quote. It took several attempts to finally get the quote, and when she finally did, all the flowers listed were wrong. Everything was finally fixed, but on the wedding day the flowers were terrible!!!! The bouquets were poorly made & the flowers were brown. It was a total disappointment that no one should have to go through. read more

The flowers that those ordered in person were nice the flowers ordered over the phone by me and others in my family were fair. DO NOT order the wreaths - way overpriced and fair at best. read more

My sister who lives in Glastonbury recommended that I order a funeral arrangement from Keser's Florist. Since we live out of state I followed her suggestion. When I called, they said they could do a very nice spray for $100.00. I'm there now. She showed me the half dozen flowers that were in the arrangement with mostly ferns. It was also not a spray. It was a flat linear arrangement. I am so disappointed to have been taken advantage of just because they thought we'd never know since we are from out of state. Can i give a 1/2 star?? The bouquet i received was a random mix of tulips, one daisy and a lot of fillers. Many were droopy and had brown leaves. I went to the shop to show the owner after an hour of receiving them. The woman who claimed to be the owner first denied they were from her store then refused to come look at the flowers up close. Unbelievably bad service. I asked for credit to be issued instead of replacement which she did. But then felt the need to call my boyfriend and tell him to never buy me flowers from her shop again.
