I also found quite a few nails in the yard, despite their clean-up efforts, especially around the barn. Tips: Hold the last payment until everything, absolutely everything is 100% done. The technician was late and didn't want to go on the roof because it was raining. I talked about…read morerescheduling but he said he didn't need to go up on the roof because he could see there's no damage to the roof. He said he saw some damage on the side. He wanted to go in the attic and I said it wasn't really big enough for him to go into it just like a crawlspace where he could see. Also there is def damage on the roof because he was my second estimate where they actually went on the roof. In addition to that, my home owners adjuster saw the damage as well. The technician got angry and stormed away saying well I should call him then. I did call the manager to let him know what happened and he apologized and offered to send someone else out but at that point I was just like no thanks. I definitely would not recommend this place.
