He placed covers over all exterior electrical items (I.e. doorbell). We were concerned about a window well without a cover and he was about preventing water build up in that window cover. I added on the washing of part of a walkway that had black algae buildup. He used a scrubber and the now clean walk way and concrete stairs look great.
