He knew all the pros, cons, and technical characteristics of the materials we considered, diagnosed problems we didn't know were there, worked with us to keep the costs down, and was open and honest in all his dealings with us. He patched the floor to make it stable for now as he switched in the toilet I already bought. He used a mask. He kept the trash in a limited area so it was disposed of easily afterwards.
