Really great experience here. The intake psychologist was so kind. She listened to everything I had to say in a thoughtful way. She wrote down all the pertinent information, asked me questions, and allowed me all the time I needed to answer. Ive been with this company for years, did out patient at the denton location and got so much of the help i needed. But as a psychiatry, I've been extremely disappointed. My meds were never sent in a timely manner, and a couple of times the prescription was wrong. But these last couple of weeks have been the nail in the coffin. My psychiatrist left the practice, so i decided i would seek elsewhere. I scheduled one last appointment with another psychiatrist just to get my medications refilled. This appointment played out as if i had never been there. Like there was no trace of me in their system, like my last psychiatrist up and left and took all my information with them. After the appointment they said they'd fill my meds. I look at my pharmacy profile and see a medication i didnt recognize. Looked it up, completely wrong medication, a stimulant i might have tried once a few years ago? and did not continue with. I put in a med refill request asking for the correct medication (that ive been taking for years now with no change) a couple of days later i get a text from my pharmacy saying its ready and i assumed (how dare i) that it would be at the pharmacy ive been using for months now. Get to the pharmacy, nothing is ready. Check my text again and realize my medication is in another city. Again, does my chart not exist?? I double checked that i put the correct pharmacy in the request, i did, but they still screwed it up. Im down to my last 3 pills now. Texted the number that told me they had already filled my medication, granted it was a frustrated message, and the person texted back saying they dont fill my meds they just notify my provider, cool! then tell them they messed up again instead of sitting here and defending yourself. If its your job to notify them then relay my message, like you said it is your job to do. I feel mean, i dont like getting frustrated with a medical office as I work in a similar environment, but come on yall, im not a brand new patient, again been here for years. Im on my last leg here. Last time i was without my meds, i had to call out of work because i simply could not focus. I couldn't process what people were telling me, it was a disaster, i felt like absolute garbage, like i was letting my team down. That cannot happen again. A total waste of money. The only thing they really did was testing to determine that my 11 yr old grandson's medication meds were not being correctly diagnosed , and implemented new meds. The therapy was not aimed at his needs, and medication change did nothing to change the defiant and aggressive behavior. I would not recommend this business. read more

Customer service, especially for a new patient, was horrible. Called to schedule an appointment and had issues with the first person I talked to because she couldn't figure something out- couldn't tell you what, she was obviously getting a bit frustrated so I said it's okay, never mind. Called back a week later and spoke to a new girl who was very helpful and kind, so I got an appointment booked with Blessy. Well they called last minute to tell me they'd be canceling it because now she won't be available for my appointment, I was at work and couldn't answer the call so they messaged me that they'll just cancel it. I kind of NEED my meds nobody could help me that day or the following? I was going to rebook, but personally this has just been a turn off for me so I asked Joleen to please just cancel and remove my and my cards info from their system and she ghosted me; no response. Could not recommend anyone to go here, they turned me away for being suicidal, claiming they won't help me because of my mental state. I waited over 3 months to get in here only to be turned away. Its like they were scared of being held responsible if I did commit suicide while under them for not giving me proper care, which tells me they only care about the money in the long run instead of helping someone who actually needs it. They scheduled my appointments wrong multiple times, telling me it was in-person just for it to be virtual. I wanted to see my therapist in-person but never got to due to the confusion and they also made me "promise to be alive" for our next appointment which made me feel really weird and honestly more depressed to hear. The psychiatrist would not see me again just because I had told them I didn't want a certain type of medication whenever I still wanted something for depression, which they never prescribed me. Lastly, they would not stop harassing me with messages and calling about paying them whenever I already gave them my payment and insurance info, just awful. read more
