The mechanic AAA recommended wasn't answering the phone so we googled auto repair near her. Integrity Auto came up with glowing 5 star reviews all over the web. We called and Allen assured us he would do the best to get our girls back on the road. Unfortunately it wasn't a simple cracked radiator hose it was a compressor and some belts broke $750. Sounds like a big job. He got the car after 3 pm and gave us the bad news. It would need parts not available until tomorrow We got the girls a hotel and the folks at integrity let them use their van to drive to the hotel! Can you believe that? 2 18 year old girls and they went out of their way to go above and beyond. They promised it would be done by Noon. It was done at 9:15 am. And they were on the road by 10 am. My daughter had my AMEX which they don't accept so he allowed us to pay over the phone. It's people like the folks at Integrity that make this country great. I feel a little safer with my teenage daughter driving cross country with people like Allen and the guys at Integrity out there. They live up to there name.

He made no mention of the incident and left without a test drive to ensure his work's integrity. It wasn't until the following day that he admitted to what happened after insisting he come back to take the car for a test drive to demonstrate the new problem. He explained to me that he had done it before with his own car so I would need a new master cylinder. Since then we had one communication and then radio silence. I am now left with a failed breaking system that could have caused serious injury or worse.I would not recommend Shawn due to his lack of responsibility or consideration of the safety of his clients. His way of business will get somebody killed someday.

Andrew serviced the transmission but the knocking etc was still present and the check engine was coming on. Brought it back to Andrew and he said the sensors and seals are the issue so had them replaced, still didn't solve the problem. I brought it to tms tire and had Andrew come out and hear what I hear and he said he's never heard the knocking, which I disagree with what he said, so he had hooked it up and the code came back as the engine!! Andrew doesn't do engine's he says so I took it to a auto shop in eau claire and I was told that my engine is shot and needs to be replaced!! I had spent 3,000 up to that point and it was always the engine. I was taken advantage of by having things fixed and/or replaced that really didn't need to be like the seals and sensors; the problem the whole time was the engine!! I won't be doing business with them after learning this. I had to get rid of the sonic because I can't afford the repairs and bought a 2020 vehicle in eau claire. Andrew was always nice and I felt he would be honest with me on the problem with the car and I don't feel he was with me. Disappointed

I have NOT bought a Car since 2006 and was never the type to Keeping Up with the Jones. Anyways I notice when going to work early morning my Chevy Trailblazer (Who I named Old Faithful) was reving really hard. As I continued to drive it out to where I had to go the Check Engine light went on. I had this problem before which is an Engine Misfire. On one of the Sparkplugs and Cylinders. I had contact my relative and she sent me to Midas In Eden Prairie, MN. Boy DID I MAKE A BIG MISTAKE. Midas told me I had to replace a whole cylinder head!! IT was gonna cost me $6k!! That is like a good used car! On top of that they we're inspecting other parts of the car that was not necessary! Unfortunately, I had to pay $122 for the diagnostic but I by change had contacted on Craig's List another Mechanic who referred me to Erik. I had told Erick and he himself was shocked at my story! He new Midas was BS-ing and I went to him. My engine was still fine! I just needed new spark plugs which he believed Midas technicians damage by pulling it out the improper way and new great quality coils which I should have don vs buying from Ebay. All in All I only spent $400 and my engine was running great. Please come over here! He won't rip you off with Lies about the car! 5 stars in my book especially coming from Chicago, IL.
