They charged $425 per hour for extra guys that did nothing but get in and out of the passenger seat of the tow truck! They refused to negotiate on the tow bill and have a policy of holding your vehicle hostage until you pay their extortion. To top it all off vehicle came back with less fuel than when they took possession. I had always thought that this was a local business that valued their customers, then I used their services.

Andrew serviced the transmission but the knocking etc was still present and the check engine was coming on. Brought it back to Andrew and he said the sensors and seals are the issue so had them replaced, still didn't solve the problem. I brought it to tms tire and had Andrew come out and hear what I hear and he said he's never heard the knocking, which I disagree with what he said, so he had hooked it up and the code came back as the engine!! Andrew doesn't do engine's he says so I took it to a auto shop in eau claire and I was told that my engine is shot and needs to be replaced!! I had spent 3,000 up to that point and it was always the engine. I was taken advantage of by having things fixed and/or replaced that really didn't need to be like the seals and sensors; the problem the whole time was the engine!! I won't be doing business with them after learning this. I had to get rid of the sonic because I can't afford the repairs and bought a 2020 vehicle in eau claire. Andrew was always nice and I felt he would be honest with me on the problem with the car and I don't feel he was with me. Disappointed

When I received the car back from them, my tire pressure monitoring system light was already on for the back driver side tire. I immediately went back in to inform the staff and the woman at the counter said "oh, you just need to drive it for a while, it will go off". Regretfully, I took her word for it and drove my car away. The new tire continued to lose air and was completely flat by the morning. It was a holiday weekend, and we were forced to use a different vehicle for travel out of town. I reached out to Churchill on the first morning they were open after the holiday and was told they could not fit me in to fix their mistake. This is not acceptable customer service, when the issue is so clearly their fault, and fixing it should be their priority. The receptionist (who claimed to also be the manager and owner) became angry and HUNG UP ON ME! No apology or attempt to make the situation right, just excuses and horrible customer service. We were forced to take our vehicle to another service center in town and pay to correct Churchill's shoddy workmanship. Do yourself a favor and avoid having ANY work done by Churchill. They do not stand behind their product.

Even with him stealing $640 from me, I still saved $1000 firing him! I posted the estimates at the bottom so you can see how he tried to scam me! He promised to refund my money and has intentionally avoided repaying me for days so, I must escalate the situation and report him to the police for theft! Demands multiple cash payments before starting the work! After inspection of his inflated estimate and confirming through another shop, I requested a refund. He claims he's waiting for his account to be credited but if he paid cash that doesn't make sense. I will ask for him to provide the receipts with my money back.
